Staff was friendly upon arrival. Upon exit however, the receptionist became argumentative over the deductible which I know had been met 3 months ago. Couple that with the ambiguous answers I received when attempting to confirm through Dr. Swanson when treatment would actually begin. The waiting area is empty, no one else to treat, why do I have to wait 1 week for my next appt. and still not get treated possibly? Why make unnecessary appts. 1 week out when you can treat same day. Enjoy the 150.00, Dr. Swanson. My family won't be using ELITE ever again, PERIOD. They are shady, they avoid answering questions directly and argue/lie come pay time... I ask you, how would you review this? I ran that health savings card just 1 day before with no issue at another medical practice and 1 day later ELITE say its cash only because deductible not met... crooks. Plain and simple. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am to Drs. Swanson and Oldham! They have done an amazing job in helping me get my spine back in order. After over a decade of having pains and pretty constant migraines that diet nor medicine would help, I don't have headaches anymore! I can't even explain how this has changed my life! Wife and I went to see this fellow after he had done the xrays on her spine. He ordered me to sit down and then began some kind of high pressure lecture and seemed angry and aggressive but we were not sure where he was going with the rude spill. then he suddenly rose to his feet and began looking at me closely, eye to eye as if to intimidate me. My wife was afraid of this man and I was angry and confused at his strange actions.I told my wife we should leave and so we did after paying for her xrays. Please don't make the mistake of seeing this rude practitioner. One star is way too much. read more

I love the Drs at Elite! They are all very caring and comforting. They have helped me with what was determined to be an old accident injury and well as weight loss. When I first started going I could barely walk, my jaw kept me up at night, and my back hurt so I could barely sit. After a few treatments and a set plan I began to have results. I am now pain free and have joined the weight loss program with wonderful results! I love how they do not offer or perform any procedures or program that they would not do themselves or recommend to their family. If I could give a negative score, I would. I am SO disappointed in this place. I used to go on a regular basis 5 yrs ago to try to get my back and neck back in alignment consistently and in good health. After a year, I no longer had the money or the time, especially without significant results. I mean, I literally went in the hole (that took me a long while to dig out of) to keep going here. But I had loved going and LOVED Dr. Shayla. Then a few months ago, I hurt my back worse than I ever had before: I was in excruciating, debilitating pain, could barely move w/o more pain, I mean, it was worse than my 30 hrs of back labor! So, I call up Elite, tell them I'm in horrible pain, and need help, and could they help with that. She said yes, and set up an appt for later that day. But, I saw their new dr...and he was terrible! He talked to me like I was an idiot, asked me personal questions that had NOTHING to do with the severe pain I was in, droned on and on about what's what in the back, what they do there, asking me questions along the way like I'm an idiot, even asked me questions that were more emotional/mental as if he were a psychologist (like why did I laugh at something I said "was it to prevent you from getting angry"? What the crap does that matter to you??)... he even asked if I was interested in long-term health care of my back, or just a treat the current problem and move on. I told him I did not have the money or the time for long-term care, I just needed help to get out of the excruciating pain I was currently in. He essentially ignored what I had said, and went on and on about the benefits of long-term care, and kept saying "IF you are accepted as a patient here...". Excuse me? What the heck does that mean? Then he poked and prodded on me, and when he found that pushing down hard on my head while twisting it hurt, he repeated it... TWO MORE TIMES, while saying, "yeah, see, here we have..." PAIN, guy, we have pain - that YOU are causing! Had to stand through x-rays, and more questions. This lasted for about an hour, all the while I feel like I'm going to die I'm in so much pain, and I can tell, he did not give one iota of care or concern for me or my condition. AND, I received NO treatment. He wanted me to come back to go over my x-rays and results and treatment plan (even though I had already told him I didn't want that), and he insisted that bring someone with me, but didn't really want to tell me why - I had to pull it out of him. And, he was pushing for me to bring my 14 yr old son! When I checked out, the other dr said, "ok, looks like that's going to be an investment of only $20". A few weeks later, I received a bill for around $75. Seriously??? For what?? I was treated horribly, and left in MORE pain, and literally sat in my car, outside their door, balling for five minutes b/c of what had happened. I went home, called another chiro in the area, got in first thing in the morning, RECEIVED TREATMENT IMMEDIATELY, and by the end of the week, I was walking and no longer in torture. I continued to see Dr. Eggleston for a couple months until I was in a really good place. HE helped me. HE understood. Elite is a joke. I don't see any part of the Hippocratic Oath being followed there. read more

When I first walked in, the receptionist and both chiropractors shook my hand. My first impression was that something just didn't feel right, as if they were working way too hard to convince me to trust them. I was given a tour of the clinic and put in an exam room. The chiropractor asked me a number of questions and poked and prodded at me. (I am currently in excruciating pain, so this was definitely a less than pleasant experience.) I was then taken into the X-Ray room. On the tour, they bragged about how they are one of the few clinics in NWA with a digital X-Ray machine. I watched as the pictures came up on a computer screen. I was then taken to the front to schedule my next appointment. I asked the doctor, "Will you do an adjustment at my next visit?" Her response was, "We will definitely go over the results of your exam." At that point, what little trust I had was gone. There is something amiss when you dodge my questions. They then tried to charge me full price for the visit. When I told them I've met my deductible for the year, and should only have a 20% coinsurance, the receptionist had to go get the doctor. The chiropractor came back and said that she had run my insurance and the website was showing that I hadn't met my deductible. I asked if she ran it on AHIN, to which she replied that she had. I replied, "That's weird because I'm a financial counselor and I ran it on AHIN yesterday. It showed my deductible is met." At that point she back peddled and agreed to only charge me the 20%. It is possible that this was an honest mistake, but she would not allow me to see the verification of benefits she was speaking about and I found the look on her face, when I told her I had run my benefits yesterday, concerning. Their business practices are certainly questionable at best. Later when my husband called to try to clarify when treatment would start, the chiropractor told him that she did not know if she could treat me yet because she had not looked at the results of my exam. Most of the exam was her asking me about overall health, looking at my posture, checking my range of motion, and feeling of my spine to find subluxations. She did all of that herself. And if they can't review digital X-Rays immediately, they definitely made a lousy investment on the equipment. read more

I enjoy going to Elite , its my favorite place ! The staff are amazing and friendly and the office is inviting. Dr. Cory Oldman has been very gracious with me and has helped me loose the weight that I couldnt accomplish by my self. I'm now going as a patient to help my with my alignment issues and just 3 adjustments have helped with the pain in my back. So much better. I love the workshops and plan to attend the next one on the 19th Cancer Killers. All the information that Dr. Cory Oldman has informed the class has been confirmed by researched. This place is unlike any chiropractic place I've ever been to, in a GREAT way! I've been to several different chiropractors starting when I was 11 years old, and I had never had someone explain anything to me. They wanted me to be fully educated. No one has ever explained to me how I get subluxations, or how they can affect different areas of my body, or how I can PREVENT it from happening in the future. They have shown me ways to correct my spine so I don't need to have adjustments as often. I've actually seen a man come in and leave without payment because he didn't need an adjustment that day because his spine was able to stay in line for a longer period of time. They truly care about YOU and YOUR HEALTH. They don't want to just pop your back and never think about you again. Which is a really wonderful change compared to most of the health field. I had terrible headaches for years and had seen a different chiropractor for it, after seeing them I never get headaches, I have way more energy, and sleep way better at night. I could go on for days about how wonderful this place is! If you're tired of being in pain, or being tired, or just not being the best version of you.. I definitely recommend them.
