You charged me $40 an hour and claimed you were here for 5 hours, but my home security cameras clearly show you were only here for 3.5 hours. On top of that, several areas you said you cleaned were untouched -- none of my countertops in both my bathroom were cleaned. Neither of the sinks either! When it comes to under the couch, which we discussed before you ever accepted the job and confirmed you would take care of no problem. Then to come on here and complain about it? What's worse, you accidentally sent me a screenshot of your bank account where you were talking badly about me for not giving you a tip -- after already overcharging me and not completing the work you were paid for. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was respectful and clear about expectations from the start, but this entire experience showed a serious lack of honesty and professionalism on your part.
