I had bought some furniture for my apartment. It absolutely reeked of cigarettes and other odors. I had sprayed with Febreze and and a natural antibacterial product so that it was at least semi usable. I spoke with Frank regarding the issues and he told me that it would be a time consuming job and he put me on his schedule. He arrived right on time and got right to work. First he vacuumed down all the pieces to remove any loose dirt that was present. He then sprayed the furniture with a very pleasant smells natural products that removed all odors. He let everything soak and then scrubbed/ and extracted with steam. He repeated the process 2-3 times on each piece. I am very well pleased. Called a few businesses to clean some area rugs. Frank was the first to physically answer our call. We made an appointment for the next week - he called to remind us the day before, who does that? - he arrived, not on time...EARLY!! He scoped out the job first, and then prepped areas, then cleaned thoroughly, extracted the excess and finished the entire house in a timely manner.
