There is a mother along with her two daughters that work there so that makes you feel like you're at home even more. They have a TV while you wait, or, if that isn't your forte, they will surely strike up a conversation with you. They usually have at least three workers working so you can get in and out in timely manner. In addition, the actual haircut is done in a timely manner, but they also make sure you come out with a clean and professional (or more relaxed haircut, if that's what you're going for) haircut. I'd recommend this place to anyone, whether you have hair that is short, long, or somewhere in between. Oh, they also do beard trimmings, but I cannot speak to how they do with those. The prices are pretty fair, I would say they are about average, but definitely worth paying that for the service and quality of haircut you get.

I reached out to Katie asking is she could get me back in to put more highlights in and she responded saying the results I got were what we discussed in our consultation and saying I was changing my mind. I understand being a first time client that there can be miscommunication, but I showed a reference photo and stated multiple times how I wanted to be brighter and she instead put a dark color in my hair. I went ahead and reached out to the salon owner who told me that Katie told her she couldn't get me the results like the picture I showed her, which is simply a lie. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 25 years and never had an issue getting it blonde. I told the salon owner I did not feel comfortable coming back in at this point and wanted a refund since I was now being treated like I was the problem. The salon owner said Katie would reach back out to me and she did not. I had to reach out to Katie again and asked for a refund since I would have to go to another stylist for the results I wanted. She responded saying she will not issue a refund since I took time in her chair and used a good amount of hair products. This experience has been very upsetting 1. to be told I'm basically lying and 2.spending $370 and getting the opposite result of what I wanted. Very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a "high profile" salon.

Not only did Katie make my short, difficult hair look awesome, she was quick! One bridesmaid had accidentally tanned a temporary tattoo into her arm, which Shelby was able to cover with airbrush, making it completely disappear. Both ladies were fun, easy to work with, and priced very well. Also of note, when additional family members wanted to have hair and makeup done the ladies accommodated as possible, but at a certain point they said, "No. Now it's time to do the bride's hair and makeup", keeping the bride and her mother from having to run that awkward interference.
