Being over 30 years old, the threads were frozen solid due to corrosion. Justin took the cartridge I had purchased, returned it to Home Depot for a refund and got a new comparable Delta faucet. They poured concrete (lots of it) to widen our driveway, around the side of our house, and in our backyard for a very large patio. They also placed conduit in for future electrical. They laid the sprinklers and set up for a drip line for plants (that we'll be putting in later in the spring). They also laid down sod and our choice of rock in the beds.
