Came through in a pinch and got me the flooring I needed, even though it was discontinued!

My husband and i just bought a new home and we needed to replace all the flooring. The house we bought wasn't in great condition so this task was a large one since all the baseboards needed to be replaced as well as the concrete flooring needed to be treated for odor before placing the new flooring down. I had LVP installed throughout the main part of my house and couldn't be happier with the product and the choice Mike and Ashley helped to make. They were so patient with my repeated requests to have samples delivered and patient in waiting for me to gather the cash. They were one of 3 bids I got and they came in quite a bit below the other two bids for the same product. And the INSTALLATION! What a breeze. I am very particular and cautious with whom I deal with by nature. My spouse and I searched for years, (not kidding!) on and off, looking for the right wood flooring to match our already wood flooring of 15 years ago. Half our home was carpeting. We searched all of Hanford and almost all of Fresno, to no avail. We decided to compromise and chose an inferior quality product that almost matched. I had a lump in my throat when I okayed the deal verbally in person at a well known store in Fresno. Luck was on my side and the guy never returned my call or ever contacted us. He threw away an $8000 job. Then I got a call from a distributor in Florida. He had the exact flooring and at a "close out" price. to boot! Even with the freight charges we were still ahead. We finally found the closet we would ever get to match our desired flooring. Now for the big problem." Who was going to install it?? Almost all the stores would allow their installers to install only flooring they sold. So we looked all over for independent installers. All were either too busy, sounded incompetent on the phone, or some never responded. The by luck again a store in Fresno recommended Bakers Flooring. I called and spoke to Mike Baker the owner. Great phone conversation. Got right to the point and made an appointment within a week. Mike showed up right on time. We 'haggled' back and forth, so to speak, and agreed on a very fair price. Mike and his crew showed up and worked together like a machine. I also was impressed with the high quality tools he used. And the high quality materials. Down to the best sealers, glue, and tape. All top of the line stuff! As was his work, 'top of the line craftmanship.! What kinda material they are using that they can afford this??
