They had put on the previous roof 19 years prior so we called them. They said insurance should cover. Our insurance company was difficult, barely covering. Jessie from K & P kept up with us, checking for matching tiles on the roof (they didn't make them any more, no surprise), he had existing tiles tested, insurance co gave a little. Jessie told us KY laws have changed and suggested we complain to the state Department of Insurance. He walked me through my complaint and shortly after the insurance company came back with a large settlement. We had the roof done a few weeks ago and the workers did a fantastic job -- replacing all bad wood, checking with us making sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
