We moved to the area and had her enrolled in a different daycare waiting for her slot at Primrose to open and could not get her out of that short-term location fast enough. At Primrose, we get a daily report emailed to us about what they did that day, food served along with what amounts she ate, and diaper changes. At both drop off and pickup, our daughter smiles, waves, or hugs the staff - its obvious to us that she is well cared for and feels safe and comfortable there. The classroom divisions by age/development have been great. You don't have to worry about a cattle-like situation of a room full of 50 1-5 year olds. I personally prefer that this location is a locally owned franchise. The owner is there daily, and she has a stake in the success of the school. The other location was a corporate run daycare where top to bottom the staff seemed to be at a job they could take or leave. In the year we have been there we have seen little to no turn over and promotions within the current staff. This was important since the place she was before had a different person at pick-up every other day.

There have been multiple classes where the instructors just do not teach or tell you what to do. They also are usually not paying attention and have even verbally stated they don't want to be there. Having an infant getting used to water, and reading your website about safety I am very surprised at the lack of attention these instructors are giving. Multiple times we have attended and the water has been so cold our infant has shivered, parents shivered and we had to get out of the water it was so cold, one time a makeup class was offered, and another time it was not. Multiple parents complained and even the instructor thanked us for saying something because she was really cold. Talking to the GM Jaclyn got us nowhere, and she offered to move him up to the 1 year-plus class, but that does not align with the methodology I understand from your website and we do not feel comfortable doing that. Also, even though we are picking classes with specific instructors they seem to always swap them out. Also, while talking to Jaclyn on the phone she was very rude, interrupted me would not put me in contact with the owner because "they own multiple locations so that isnt possible" and hung up while I was talking. I would highly suggest any other place if you have an infant looking to take swim classes.
