You cut me short if I'm late instead of explaining to me ma'am, if you're late, your time will be cut short , you can reschedule for full-time but if you reschedule, you will be charged. We never made that account and they kept charging us for over a year and a half on my boyfriend's card fraudulently.They refuse to let me speak with the district manager and they will not refund a dime back. This business makes money through fraud and I'll be reporting them to the BBB and the attorney general. I highly recommend customers to go somewhere else and steer clear from massage envy. My account had 26 packages on it which totaled over $2,000. My bf and I are blue collar workers so this is just wrong of them.
