So don't be shy, REVIEW :) I was in town visiting family--about an hour away from Gentle Waters--and due to a lot of factors was experiencing severe stomach cramping. This is not a new feeling for me so I knew that these stomach cramping sessions can last days on end. I made it clear that my skin is sensitive and that I've had past issues with products triggering cystic acne on my chin. The esthetician was friendly, and the facial itself was very relaxing. Unfortunately, the products used caused my cystic acne to flare up, which was disappointing after spending over a year working to calm my skin. While the experience itself was pleasant, I wouldn't recommend getting a facial here for those with very sensitive or acne-prone skin.

I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
