He's always so nice, quick to scan all my Amazon returns as sometimes I do show up with several packages. We usually have small chit chat. There's another familiar face that I see a lot of but I don't know her name. She's a younger, blonde female & I think she's the manager. I do see lots of new familiar faces at other times. Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. I like the location of this UPS being that it's right next door to Smith's that I will run into often after dropping off my Amazon returns. I explained what was needed. The Customer associate knew exactly what I needed. She assured me all was ok as she prepared the label. Since I had missed outbound for that day, she quickly provided me options with no hesitation. Due to the urgency of getting out she suggested dropping it off at the main hub across the street to still make it out that day. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism I called back and just had to talk with the owner. He said $500 shipping cost in The box or I can use a bag for $300 I said yes must be DHL. Few weeks later the company refused my return because he shipped it with USPS and not DHL. I said DHL at least 10 times Called the manger and she has attitude on 10 says I can't help you and never apologized for her untrained employee and she hung up the phone. They sell a lot of mailing supplies, boxes, tape, things of that nature. Greeting cards are stocked along with stamps and envelopes of every size imaginable. Beware, there are a lot of "challenged" individuals new to the area who are going to hog up the machine and any staff. "Skill issue" is a friendly way of putting it. Some people take five minutes to print out a label.

Amos did an amazing job at my house!…read more He showed up exactly when he said he would and not a minute late! Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.
