THE WORST I have ever worked with. I have recently purchased a business and inherited this company…read morenot by choice. I was sent an email with no initial contact I filled it out and then didn't hear anything back. In a meeting with the seller he gets a phone call saying that they have an appointment with me the following day to meet up with me to install new equipment. I heard my name over the phone and just happened to ask what the call was about. The lady confirmed after he asked that they actually never reached out to me but wanted to confirm if that date and time would still work. From that point on matters just continued to get worst and I should have just said no thanks and canceled the setup. Long story short no one came and it was an over the phone appointment, mins before my restaurant open, systems down, nothing working, lies after lies after lies, pointing fingers at other companies, lots of back and forth and very poor customer service. I lost a lot of money in just one week not to mention having to send employees home due to not being able to properly operate the business to full capacity. After dealing with the failures and all the back and forth I did not get not one apology. I did however get a call from someone in sales who was extremely pushy and unapologetic and condescending named Heather I believe that tried to push me into upgrading my POS system meanwhile the one I inherited wasn't even fully functioning which was working perfectly fine until they started messing with it. I wouldn't walk I would RUN if coming in contact with this company. I will def be switching and have already got in contact with another company that is going to come out and do the complete setup and make sure everything is functioning before shutting theirs off and I so can't wait to give them the finger.
