I highly recommend this locally owned nail shop! It's my go to place and I bring my friends and family. The staff is super friendly and there are plenty of services offered. While they're all gifted, Anna is my preferred person for pedicures and nail dips. I leave after a great massage with nails that look incredible. Tina, the store owner is so wonderful to work with. Walked in for a pedicure. Disrespectful and rude lady looked at me laughed and said "what color?" Clearly judging as she assumed I was a man. Proceeded to look at the other woman and whispered something causing both other customers to also look my way. Clearly they believe only certain humans get pedicures. One nail technician there is great!! The others... not so much. I've tried pedicures there multiple times and I feel like they must put their worst technicians on pedis because every person has been horribly rough. (I've tried 3 times with 3 different techs over the last year or so.) Each time, they don't pay attention to what they're doing, they hurt your feet (one of them cut my skin when cutting a nail), they "massage" so roughly that it's as if they really don't want to massage you. I left crying. This salon made me feel so bad about myself. The ladies here are very rude and had a lot to say about my feet. I work at a summer camp and really needed one but instead i got shit talked, and the worst pedicure that I asked for more and was willing to pay. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I'm not one to complain unless it's really bad. Yesterday I had the worst experience here. It's unfortunate because this is the nail salon I go to all the time. Tina is amazing and usually does my nails however she was not in yesterday and someone else did my pedicure and Anna was supposed to do my full set. Anna initially asked what I wanted my full set to look like when I was getting my pedicure done. I showed her a picture and throughout my pedicure I decided I wanted a different design for my nails HOWEVER, the one I decided was the same colors as the one I decided on it was just a different design. When I told her I changed my mind she rolled her eyes and in a loud voice said, "oh my god, you changed your mind?!" I responded "yes, but it's the same colors" she then proceeded to tell me it was not going to look cute and she liked the original design. I told her while I understand she likes the other ones I like the ones I chose and she stormed off. The design I was going to get on my nails I wanted on my big toe. The person giving the pedicure stepped away nd Anna came to do the design. She informed me that it was not going to turn out cute because I was doing regular polish not gel. She proceeded to do the design and one was right in the middle of my toe and the other was on the left side (shown in picture) I asked her if she could move the design to the middle and she responded "oh my god you want me to change it?!" I told her yes and she replied that she couldn't move it to the middle because it was not gel. I questioned that because she did it just fine on the other toe. She redid it and moved the design more to the left. Before she put any diamonds on or anything I kindly told her "I'm really sorry I love the design but I want it in the middle to match the other toe." She responded again with "OH MY GOD! So I have to do it again? I told you it was not going to turn out good because you didn't do the gel". I stayed quiet and then she proceeded to tell me "you better watch me do it because I will not do it again for you!" She put it in the middle and then proceeded to only draw the lines and not even try as shown in the picture. I was so upset with her responses I didn't say anything else about the design and told her I no longer wanted the full set and left. So unprofessional! I will never come here again. I wanted to like this place, so I gave them 2 chances. Got my nails done for a wedding, & the lady cut my cuticles so bad with the drill it was so painful & they are still swollen & painful a few days later- constantly putting Neosporin on them. She said my nail beds small & I have thin skin, but I've had a couple ladies I went to regularly at other places who NEVER cut me like this! The lady who did my toes kept insisting the water was not too hot to put my feet in, & it was way too hot for me- I told her I'm sensitive to heat yet she said no it's not hot, & there was a huge language barrier which made everything difficult with my toes :( the French tip is crooked, & my nails & toes are for a wedding so this is so disappointing & I wish I could get my money back. I really wanted to be able to give this place a higher rating because they were very nice, and they fit me in on a Sunday with no appointment, but unfortunately they are just lacking a bit too much attention to detail for me to go back. My toenails were not shaped at all, in fact the edges were not ever filed at all, so they are not smooth on the ends and I will have to do it myself to avoid having my toenails snagging on things. Also, the polish is a little sloppy, for some reason she put three coats on my right foot and only two on my left, so it may not be obvious to everyone, but to me it is very apparent that my feet are not quite the same shade. The right is darker. It's a bummer because it's a very convenient location, and seems to be a very clean place, but I just need a little bit more effort to be able to justify $40 for a pedicure. :-/ read more

Our experience started out great, but the end-result for quality and service was super disappointing. I went in for gel manicure and then asked to try the powered dip for the first time. I've never had dipping powder before and didn't know what to expect in terms of time of outcome. I should have figured out sooner that the technician wasn't all that knowledgeable herself. The technician didn't indicate the powder dip would take any longer than the gel process. I asked if the chrome polish would still work with the powder technique and she said "yes." In the end, she did not buff my nails very well and so there was SIGNIFICANT texture problems on the surface of my nail. I asked her if "the scratches, dents and divets" were just normal part of the process when using dipping powder and she acted like she had no idea what I was referring to, nor did another nearby technician. In order to "correct" the unsightliness of my nails (which looked like a child had dipped them) she added another top coat, only she must have only added more to my left hand because by the time I got to the car, both hands looked and felt like the had a different texture and color. The extra coat still didn't really solve the problem (the crater-like bumps and indentations) on the nail surface of my left nails anyway, and my right hand was tougher and duller shade than my left. The quality may have passed from a distance, but looking directly at them, they are a big disaster. I would have gone back to have them redo them but they were already passed closing, I was late to my next appt, and I live 40 minutes away from this salon. I would not recommend going to this salon. The quality is not professional. Like many places, they rush the job and seem to want to finish quickly and take your money. The technician didn't seem to pay attention or care at all if my nails liked right (or even good) and didn't seem to care if I was happy with the end-result. It's really frustrating and disappointing to spend any amount of money and then realize I have to look down at my shoddy nails for several more weeks. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I honestly would! Went in with a large wedding party to get nails done on 6-23-22 for a wedding We had to go to 2 days later. Showed the inspo picture to the nail tech, chose the colors, told her the shape, length and that I wanted acrylic powder not gel polish. She agrees, says the inspo pic will be no problem and we get started. I let her do her thing and talk to all the girls there to catch up as I'm from out of town. Then I look to see how things are coming along and low and behold this lady starts using GEL NAIL POLISH after I specifically told her I didn't want it. I told her it's not what I asked her so she played dumb then said at this point it was too late to use the acrylic powder like I had wanted. Since she had said it was too late I let her continue with the gel nail polish which I DEEPLY regret as she did terrible with it. Once she finished the nails she disappeared to the back before I could even say I didn't like them and wanted them fixed and done how I asked for them in the beginning. My mother in law, sis in law then started telling another nail tech I wanted them fixed so they tracked the lady in the first station down. She immediately got defensive and started saying I'm lying that it's not what I asked for and the picture can't be achieved even though in the beginning she said she could. She walks away from me and we resolve nothing. Then she angrily tells me fine get someone else to fix. I take a seat in the waiting area and wait my turn again and she proceeds with a new client. In the middle of working with the client she then decides to stand up and start yelling at me calling me a liar that she did exactly what I asked for and her nails were flawless and looked incredible so I immediately correct her and tell her that no they weren't flawless, she missed spots that weren't even fully coated with polish, you could clearly see the streaks from the brush, the nails were lumpy, the ombré was horrid (I didn't say that, just said she didn't know how to do ombré) and the glitter wasn't even what I wanted not to mention it started coming off before I had even left the salon. She continues to yell over me saying I'm lying so I bring my mother in law who was literally next to me getting her nails done as well and she confirmed what I had asked for. The nail tech from the first station is fuming at this point because I actually had witnesses there and she literally walks away from her current client and grabs nail clippers and shouts at me (I'M TAKING MY NAILS OFF OF YOU RIGHT NOW) and just grabs my hands and starts cutting the nails off of my hands right there in the waiting area in front of everyone. Then she has the audacity to tell me I'm not gonna be charged for nail removal even though it's her fault ‍ She starts soaking my nails and then she starts removing the excess with the little drill (not sure of the right name) back to soak and so forth. She was clearly pissed off and was not gentle with the removal process that she ended up DRILLING RIGHT THROUGH MY REAL FREAKING NAIL!!! I snatch my hand away immediately and I'm like YOU WENT THROUGH MY REAL NAIL!! At this point I'm raising my voice (I've remained cool up until this point, even when she was calling me a liar and shouting at me I remained respectful and didn't make a scene like I had wanted) She proceeds to hank my hand back and tries to continue so I pull it away again and at that point I'm really heated so I raise my voice at her trying to establish my boundaries since she clearly doesn't care and I tell her "Don't touch me, Don't you dare touch me again" At which point she finally asks if I'm ok ‍ Like my nail has a freaking hole in it and I'm bleeding so you think I'm ok?!! So I immediately rush to the bathroom to wash the chemicals off and this lady has the audacity to follow me INTO THE BATHROOM and TRIES TO GRAB MY HAND AGAIN!! At this point I snap and I yell "Don't fckn touch me!!! Get away from me!! Don't fckn touch me again!! Get out!! Don't fckn touch me!!!" She finally steps out and then has the audacity again to ask if I wanna continue ‍‍ I'm like are you serious right now?!! You just fckn drilled through my real nail and you want me to continue?!! I yelled I'm done! Don't touch me again, I'm done with this place! Her apology was a free nail file ‍ They have no business having a business doing nails. They messed up the brides nails as well but I'll let her tell her experience if she wants... This place is trash. At least the nail tech on the first station is! The boss lady. read more

I called and made appointment and the lady who did my nails normally had someone else fix my one broken nail, irritating considering they raised there prices and really expensive here! Dreadful service. Took my mom here to get pedis after brunch because it was close. I picked the "royal pedicure" which was $38 for each of us. The sign said it included a hot stone massage. The two older ladies who worked on us were gruff, harried, and unfriendly. The one woman cut my mother's toe twice, so bad it was bleeding. My lady cut me once, a big piece of skin removed and a little blood. She put some stinging liquid on it that hurt even worse! Painful cutting work and not skilled. When they were painting the nails I asked about the hot stone massage and they said no, you're getting the $40 vegan pedi, no hot stones. Well, there was only three on the sign priced $35, $38, and $45. I think they just make up prices! Very shady and unprofessional. Terrible paint job. I paid $80 to be hurt. I refused to give a tip and still felt utterly ripped off. Will never return. read more

The rocks were super hot and I love a good hot stone massage. I'm an over tipper. First time in my life I didn't tip. I complained 4 times to her. Then she asked if I wanted a mani. For real?!?!?!? Im not usually one to complain, but I am really disappointed in the way my nails turned out yesterday. I was really excited to try this place out since it was my birthday and I had some time for a manicure on my lunch hour. They were close by and weren't busy when I called. I came in and asked for a shellac manicure, which I get done every two weeks at the salon close to my apartment. The lady tried so hard to do a great job, but it was such a sloppy manicure. I started to get a little nervous (about time) because she was still filing my nails after 50 minutes. When she finally started "painting" them, I could quickly tell they wouldn't be as professional as I expected. Two of my nails have the paint coming up along the edges as though it's easy to peel off. I'm not sure how it's possible but I don't think they dried/set all the way before I left because I have a "hole" in my thumb that got water under it this morning. I'm sad to say that this is the quality of I'd have done my own nails which is why I go to a professional. I just feel like they look awful and I'll have to go back to my normal salon to have them redone this week. I know I only spent $30, but I still feel disappointed overall. Maybe it was just the artist I had, perhaps she was just having an off day? I have having to write this review, but I know I personally look at reviews of places when choosing a service, and it's only fair for people to see the good AND not so good experiences :( read more

And she just laughed and began speaking a different language. Learn fucking English if your going to be doing nails in America. They use wayyyyyy to much powder on the nails and don't take the time to address the cuticles. The technician was so proud of her work she took a picture. I just thought to myself "is this a joke???" $60 bucks for gorilla nails. Wish I could get a refund but they are impossible to deal with. I REALLY wanted to give this place a better review but I can't. I came here 1 week ago and got dip on my nails, my mom and sister also came. Last night I was doing the dishes broke a nail in half in my nail bed... thought it was my fault until this morning when I broke two more in the exact place on the other hand. Further inspected the rest of my nails and noticed both of my thumbs are cracked in the dip in the same place. I've been getting dip nails for three years at my other salon, I moved to this side of town from Littleton and no longer want to drive to centennial for my other salon.... in 3 years I've NEVER broken a single nail like this let alone three in 24 hours. Talked with my mom and sister both of them have broken, chipped and cracked nails. The techs and owner were all so sweet and I wanted to come back but I won't. I just love the Service I receive here. I have been coming here for serval years now for my Paws n Claws. I have seen Good Technichians come and go but I still get treated well. You do have to call ahead to make an appointment and that is expected if you want Excellent Service. I always tip my Technichians and occasionally I bring them donuts on Sunday morning!
