Pretty nice place, the 1st time I went loved it. Went again a month ago and the chatty lady in the front did my dip nail and I have to say I felt discomfort when she was taking off the dip from previous. If felt like something was burning my nail and when I tensed up, she told me to relax, and there was no problem. That rubbed me wrong cause she did it 3 more times and making it seem cause I wouldn't relax is the reason this was happening. So today I got the older guy in front and no discomfort at all loved his work. They are close to home. So I got dip (or power) on my nails and a deluxe pedicure and it cost me 105.00 without tip ( 55. For nails and 50 for feet). To me kinda expensive, but I guess price to pay if I want to grow my nails.

Upon returning home, I noticed that my nails weren't properly or evenly cut and the polish was on all my cuticles. On to the manicure...what a total disaster. Mai kept coughing into her mask - not turning away or covering her face. Pretty gross. She was very rough with my hands, didn't ask me or tell me that she was moving the gel light when my hands were still in there, and got polish all over one of my hands. Instead of removing it and apologizing, she left it on and said that it will come off with water (fun fact, it didn't). She was very frustrated by the end, because I was noticing her imperfections. Upon finishing, I went to the bathroom and noticed she didn't fix one of her many problems. I returned to her station where she was already helping another client and let her know that there was a problem. She had another employee fix it, with no apology. $90 (without tip) for a crappy gel mani/pedi that started chipping 3 days after. Stay FAR away from this place.

Nails are misshapen and you can feel a huge lump on each nail tip. Cant see in pics but can in person. One nail even looks like the tip color ran into the base. Worst American manicure ever.

I went in and got my dip done and the lady was that did my nails nicked one of my fingers with the drill and then nicked my other finer twice with the nail file to the point my index finger was so sore for four days. I was not happy with the service or how my nails were done read more

The manager rushed my mani and pedi, made one of my natural nails VERY slanted, some nails way too thin, others way too thick they broke the next day. My natural nails have been strong till I came in to see her. She also kept bashing my current nails the entire time.. She rushed my pedi and did an awful job and charged me way too much. 0/10 - do not waste your time or money... RUN read more

She told me that the price list that her employee gave me was the only option I had for a pedicure. I thought, $45 is my only option? Weird. Got my first dip manicure done today and Mai was wonderful! Everyone was really helpful and friendly and they even Googled for me colors that would go well with my bridesmaids dress. I will be back for sure. In case you are wanting to use the Yelp check in coupon, just know it is not $5 for the dip manicure, it is $5 OFF the price. WOW! Upscale Nails & Spa has absolutely blew the other nails salons out of the water! I just visited with my Mom as a walk-in customer for us to both get shellac pedicures. Although we didn't have an appointment set, the staff made us feel very welcome! I have never been to a nail salon that has an upgraded pedicure choice from 14 different specific scents to choose from - which includes; scrub, mask, and lotion for your legs that are all the SAME scent and quality product - KUDOS! The space is clean and they use the sanitary bags for the bowl that your feet go in. They also have a HUGE selection of shellac and soak off polish which has always been a big struggle for me - I could never find a salon with enough color selection and it's the end of that road for me, finally! Upscale Nails & Spa has officially won me over as a customer. Thank you so much - good service dose not get enough recognition these days! read more

I love the atmosphere in this salon. It's very laid back and professional. No kids running around. The salon is kept clean and neat and every person does a super job on my pedicure. I like the special Voesch pedicures with nice scents and my husband usually get the plain pedi. The massage is very good. Overall a great experience. read more

I came in with high expectations from reading all the good reviews and left highly disappointed. I got a pedicure and the lady barely cleaned my cuticles or dead skin and she filed my skin a few times! I hate when nail techs hurt me. They do not look very sanitary so I hope I don't I get an infection from her filing my skin off. She barely applied a base coat literally just tapping each nail. For the level of effort I could've saved myself $30 and did them myself. She didn't even thank me for the tip even though I was nice enough to still leave her 20%. She should've received 10% for the sloppy and quick work. Don't think I'll be going back there again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER go back. I got acrylics, and both ring fingers and a pinky are horribly crooked. One of my ring finger nails literally points the opposite direction. And they didn't give me a discount, and tried to fight me on if it was crooked or not. Said it was my finger that was crooked??? And then wouldn't even fix it until I begged them too! Then they weren't able to today, and I have to go back if I want it fixed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Like are you kidding me? Also, they're extremely rude. Update: went back in to just get my money back because my nails are seriously so bad (they look like stick ons), so there's no point in getting one fixed when they all need fixed. I was argued with again, and told they could give me a gift card. Like I will ever come back again!! So after about 10 minutes of being told I was a liar and it never happened, and arguing back and forth, I finally got it back. I have never been to such a terrible place, with such terrible customer service, and service in general. read more

I walked in and it was a short wait time. I was satisfied with the customer service and the price is reasonable. However, I was disappointed that my shellac chipped on day 3 and didn't last more than a week. I'm not sure what was done differently or why that happened, but I pay for shellac expecting it to stay nice longer than it did. read more

Really upset that I paid full price for such a horrible full set of acrylics. I was rushed to pick a color and my tech kept reassuring the next customer that she was "almost done" with me. My shape is awful and the designs I paid extra for are smeared and look terrible. After two days the shellac is peeling to show wet polish underneath. I haven't had the nails a full week and have to get them fixed. Very disappointed. read more

I've had multiple shitty experiences here! I was debating posting this but the many people I've told about my experiences have literally been like "wtf no way" I went to Don this last time, he was very very rough. He kept talking shit about how bad my nails were and that I need a new set (which this was only my second rebase) so unprofessional. I've never had someone flick literally flick my fingers/nails before polishing them???? and then to top it alll of when I went to pay he charged me an extra $5 because "he had to do more work" lol has anyone ever heard that? No. My nails looked good at glance but then I started to realize how crooked he made them and didn't really clean off the Acrylic under my nails. Horrible!!!! I really wanted to give this place a second try after the first time but when all this happened, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and I literally tell people not to go bc I live right down the street. read more

Expensive for the quality. This place is hit or miss depending on the person that performs the service. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure with gel polish. The full set came out nice. It was done by the Owner/Manager. The pedicure was something else. One of the ladies spent about 10 minutes to work on my feet. There was still cuticle skin left, she didn't push down the cuticles, she didn't file the nails very well. When she applied the gel polish, the nail bed was not fully covered and had polish on the cuticles. She failed to apply the top coat so nails were dull. I called to get them fixed and went in. They had the same lady help me. She just painted over the polish from the day before and it was super thick and still didn't cover the nail bed. She also had an attitude and was slamming things. I have included pictures. Although they "fixed" it. They did a horrible job. I would not recommend this place, they don't seem to thrive on quality and charge a lot for the service. read more

The pedicure wasn't 90+ dollars and we got the deluxe! The massage was so relaxing & thorough! Way more than just rubbing in the lotion, which is how most places do. The shampoo process was so painful with all the hair pulling and her whacking my head. My neck was sore for 2 days after the appointment from where she dug her fingers into me. She started cussing while telling me her stories. It was really kinda frightening and the first time I ever thought about ending a hair appointment early and walking out. There was only 1 other customer besides me at this salon which was nice since my other salon was completely full and couldn't take any walk ins for 1-2 hours. A gel rebase is $40 which is similar to every other salon that I've been to in the area. Glam Shop Nails has a wide variety of gel colors which I appreciated. No customer should ever feel unsafe, threatened, or subjected to harassment while receiving a service. Management should take this matter seriously and hold the employees involved accountable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Customers deserve a safe, professional, and respectful environment, and this business failed to provide that. This version focuses on your experience and avoids claims that could be challenged if you decide to post it publicly. Shame on you guys!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been getting my nails done for years and have tried so many nail salons in the area. I live in the Broomfield, CO area and Upscale Nails and Spa is by far the BEST. Their work really lasts a long time. My nails never break or chip - and I am pretty hard on my nails. I only need to go every 3 weeks bc their quality really holds up. If I ever want anything changed they are always happy to do it. They are kind, friendly, and clean. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! The older man that works here is a creepy pervert! My 16 year old daughter went there today and he was hitting on her calling her baby and calling her "hot" he then asked her age her height and where she went to school. Then nail tech was yelling at her and treating her terribly and making fun of customers that were calling in. I hope they enjoy this terrible review and the new police report they will be getting after I am done here. If I could leave negative stars this place would get -100. read more

I recently visited this salon after it came under new management, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The salon is clean, welcoming, and professionally run. The staff are friendly, attentive, and truly care about customer satisfaction. My nails turned out beautiful, and the attention to detail was amazing. If you want a beautiful manicure or pedicure, you need to try Upscale Nails. I have known Don and Mai for years and have followed them because they are so good. It is a friendly place and they do the best to make sure you are satisfied. Don does the dipped powder for me and I am always receiving compliments on my nails even from strangers! She always has a good suggestion on what to do with my nails and I trust her because they come out looking amazing every time. They are super friendly over there and they do there job very well. What more can you ask for. I got the dehydrating lemon pedicure and it was well worth it. They took their time and didn't rush though it while doing a good job. Upscale Nail in Thornton is the best in the Denver metro in my opinion. read more
