The customer was pretty upset, and initially wanted a full refund. I spoke with Jason on the phone to explain the delicate nature of the situation, and Jason handled the entire repair job perfectly -- even showing up on a Saturday morning (with less than 24 hours notice) to help resolve the customer's frustration quickly and to repair the damage. Since I wasn't on site, I had to trust Jason's craftsmanship and professionalism, and he came through on both fronts. He picked up the proper materials, arrived on time, and replaced the damaged legs and stripped holes. More importantly, though, he left the customer feeling very happy and reassured with the cabinet and the repair. The customer decided to keep the cabinet rather than return it, which was the ideal outcome. If I lived in Louisville, I would definitely hire Jason again!
