I was in direct contact with Santiago from the very beginning. They were punctual, informative, and ensured the work they did was quality work that would not only meet my expectations but exceed them as well. They explained if anything happened or if I wasn't satisfied with the finished results, they'd come back free of charge to fix it. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly! We ended up having our entire house repainted and went on to consider - which we'll probably end up doing - having our kitchen cabinets painted. They explained all of the options I had when we discussed possibly installing new cabinets vs painting them and allowed me a chance to reach out to contractors to explore my options. Most people would try to sell you on why you should go with their services they offer but Miranda's Painting wanted to ensure I did what was best for me, which spoke volume of their business. They explained the best kind of paint to use for each of the projects I requested to be done and also gave a detailed explanation of what the process would look like. They painted our house which took 3 days and each day they showed up on time, 100% prepared to work, and always cleaned up the entire area they were working prior to departing each day. When the job was finished, Santiago had me do a walk through of their work to ensure it was up to standards. Even after the project was complete, Santiago followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough! Specifically, we brought in Nailed It Contracting to replace and paint the kitchen ceiling (after we had taken down the nasty '80s-era drop ceiling that was concealing old water stains and crumbling plaster), repair and paint the walls (which were full of damage and several layers of wallpaper), demo old built-in cabinets and lay tile on the floor. He satisfied each of these tasks. Additionally, we were impressed that: * Sam provided a written quote estimate that laid out all of the costs, * He held to this quote when he had to change gears on part of the plan, after what he thought would work did not, * He was flexible when we added a few things to scope of work, providing a change order and updated price for us to sign so that everything is documented, * He showed up when he said he would and generally finished the job during the quoted time period.
