Here I am months later, the employee is no longer there and the new manager is telling me I have to pay a $200 fee to cancel and 30 day notice. I informed the employee Danielle upon signing up that I wouldn't be able to have the membership longer than a year and she assured me it was ok and I was able to cancel, I just needed to notify them. They admit to several complaints that the same employee had yet unable to rectify the situation.

The prices for not having a sauna or anything extra are a little excessive when you can go to LA 5 miles away and have 5x the stuff. The gym is very clean but not a lot of room for how much they have going on in there. Also, if you are looking at getting your first fitness pass anytime is not the ideal place considering there cancelation fees are ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend. The Inver Grove Aquatic Center is a little bit more in price but you get way more bang for you buck without any extra fees. Also you can cancel anytime you would like at Snap Fitness and LA. No hidden fees!

I love the fact that it is open 24 hours a day. Since I am so busy I can show up at the gym at 9 in the morning or 11 at night. Their hours cater to me and not the other way around. What I love most about this gym besides the positive environment is that the staff truly do go out of their way to help you meet your goals. When I had started I had taken the summer off from working out and I was a disgusting mess. I was fat, sweaty, and I looked like I belonged in a pig pit on a farm sunning myself instead of trying to get fit and better myself. I had almost cancelled my membership the first day but the staff at Anytime convinced me to stick with it. Best of all, Anytime's staff looked at me with respect and dignity instead of seeing me as somebody who was one Cinnabon away from a diabetic shock. I have never had that kind of motivation in my life. Now I am a lean, clean, musclebound machine benching 200 lbs and going nowhere but up. As far as the general atmosphere of the place. It is clean and well maintained. When a machine is malfunctioning the staff is wonderful at being prompt and fixing it. The other gym goer's are also some of the most friendly people who I have met in my life. This gym truly is for people who want a positive place to make a change in their life. I'm actually just in early right now." We have work at 12 and leaving just to come back 20 mins later is just a huge waste of time. We tried explaining that but dude honestly couldn't care less. He goes "yeah so just come back at 11 any other day." then closes the door. Dude's attitude was terrible. It's just crazy that a place that advertises convenience makes you work around their schedule then treats you worse because of it.
