The old rafters and charm put your mind at ease while you practice an intimate session of yoga. Sunday night yoga sessions are the best - one full hour of yoga with a good amount of Savasana at the end that will get ready for fun happy hour/socializing with many wonderful yogis in the family country-modern kitchen. I started as a morbidly obese person who could barely do many of the exercises, and they made me feel welcome and helped me work to the point of being able to do nearly all of the exercises with comfort and ease -- and I'm excited to go to the gym every day. Anytime Fitness has changed my life. I began back in 2016 because I am on the road a lot and I do…read morenot always have the time to make it to a gym that has set hours or personal training times. I love the fact that it is open 24 hours a day. Since I am so busy I can show up at the gym at 9 in the morning or 11 at night. Their hours cater to me and not the other way around. What I love most about this gym besides the positive environment is that the staff truly do go out of their way to help you meet your goals. When I had started I had taken the summer off from working out and I was a disgusting mess. I was fat, sweaty, and I looked like I belonged in a pig pit on a farm sunning myself instead of trying to get fit and better myself. I had almost cancelled my membership the first day but the staff at Anytime convinced me to stick with it. Best of all, Anytime's staff looked at me with respect and dignity instead of seeing me as somebody who was one Cinnabon away from a diabetic shock. I have never had that kind of motivation in my life. Now I am a lean, clean, musclebound machine benching 200 lbs and going nowhere but up. As far as the general atmosphere of the place. It is clean and well maintained. When a machine is malfunctioning the staff is wonderful at being prompt and fixing it. The other gym goer's are also some of the most friendly people who I have met in my life. This gym truly is for people who want a positive place to make a change in their life. You won't set off any alarms here for crushing a workout thats for sure!

But I did use the locker room for the women as well as the pool/sauna area and cycle studio. Arriving the staff were friendly, not pushy to join or commit (I was a guest to a friend). One of them literally walked us down the hall and pointed us in the right direction. We felt so comfortable, welcome and had a great workout! Looking forward to returning for another cycle/HIIT class! The class was one that novices and experts could thrive in! The instructor was inclusive and also pushed us in the best way! There were options to modify, make things easier/harder, etc. Great instructor! The locker rooms were clean, although the key system, my friend is used to the code so didn't have a card to use to get the lock to work. The desk outside the locker room has spares and helped right away. The showers were clean, locker area clean, overall great! Parking was....a pain. But I can imagine on a Monday at 5ish, that's the case. Found a spot within 5 minutes and had to walk a few minutes but whatever. If you're looking for a gym with freedoms to use equipment, shoot some hoops, or take a class - check out lifetime!

The facility itself was large with multiple rig areas and plenty of space to wod. Equipment was in great shape and there was plenty of it. Parking was super easy with an expansive parking lot right in front of the gym.... SCORE! I loved the programming of strength in the beginning and a classic CrossFit metcon after. I was a sweaty mess after a killer wod despite it being -6 outside. I appreciate any box that actually has heat, let alone turns it on!!!! So nice not being frozen for the first half of class. Easy to sign up and sign the the waiver online ahead of time! Thanks 5am crew for making my visit to the twin cities so wonderful!
