I recently had Elite Power Washing clean the exterior of my house. My house hadn't been cleaned in a number of years and it showed. There was dirt, algae, mold, etc. on the vinyl siding, the brick front and chimney, and the aluminum gutters and downspouts. This was our first experience with having our house power washed. It was recommended that we use a SOFT power wash as we were not intending to have it painted afterward. The two men who came to our house from Elite Power Washing were on time, introduced themselves and explained in detail what the process would be. Very pleased with how quick they were to respond, provide a reasonable quote and schedule the service. Then on the day of service they notified me about 20 minutes before arriving which was also actually earlier then when we were originally quoted and got the job done quickly. I had one spot that I saw was missed, not really his fault as the location was difficult to see from his angle but I could see it from my kitchen door, and he quickly pulled his hose back out and fixed it before leaving. I was greatly pleased with the work they were able to do. My home hadn't been cleaned properly in several years. There was a lot of green mildew and dirt showing on the siding. When they were done cleaning and sanitizing the home it looked so different. The siding was much brighter and the windows sparkled. The team was even kind enough to wash down my daughters play house in the process! The owner and his son were kind and respectful the entire time. Elite did our 2 story home, deck, and patio. Took over 2 hours for the two person crew, who were polite and respectful. I was a bit worried they would spray it down quickly and move on to their next job, like some cheaper companies. However, they took their time, moved furniture, and even covered electrical fixtures and outlets, even our ring doorbell camera. Elite did an awesome job powerwashing our house. They also used a special machine to clean our moldy, and mildewed brick sidewalk and brick patio. We were concerned because previous attempts at power washing the patio cracked the bricks. Elite's method did a fantastic job without harming the bricks. Steve & Junior did great work on a tough job. Sizable pool deck and multiple flagstone walk in need of a thorough cleaning. Composite deck was markedly discolored with red surface mold/algae...and now looks all but new. Dark flagstone spots also gone. I'd recommend Elite to atone, anytime.
