Jamie Paddock and her team had already provided us with such excellent photographs and marketing strategies, as well as just the right amount of regular contact and guidance that they already had my strong recommendation. Ericka Fowler did a wonderful job as our agent when buying a home in a sellers' market. We were in a bidding war on three houses that we made an offer on, and Ericka walked us through all three offers.
