The first time we hired him, the project took far longer than promised, with constant excuses--including a story about his partner stealing his materials and tools, which led us to give him additional money to help cover those losses. He then brought on a new partner, who quickly abandoned the project as well. After that, Logan gradually stopped showing up altogether, despite being paid more than agreed. At first, we tried to be understanding. He frequently mentioned hospital visits and ongoing health issues, and we genuinely felt concerned for him. Eventually, though, he stopped responding to our calls and messages entirely. Meanwhile, the work he claimed was "nearly complete" was far from finished. We became so worried that something serious had happened that my dad and I even tried to check if he was in the hospital or jail. As it turns out, he was just fine--our manager later saw him shopping at Home Depot. Overall, we feel taken advantage of and misled throughout the entire process. If you're considering hiring him, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere so you don't end up in the same situation.

He did a absolutely horrible job on the home, he cut 6 holes in my walls to allow returns for the furnace, which ran through the attic. He took $5800 from our down payment for "work" that he didn't do. He did a horrible job on the whole home, walls were not straight, the big holes in my walls, main shutoff for the water line wasn't clamped down correctly and another water line wasn't clamped at all. Left the PEX line for outside pipe bundled up in crawl space so water wouldn't come out. The list goes on and on. Complained to the owner of DH Home Improvement, these at his words... "you bitch more than a woman". Bad people and bad company
