Service was terrible! Their mistakes cost be thousands of dollars. I had to get another company to repair. Zero competence, irresponsible and downright dishonest. I cannot recommend Elite Roofing or Mr. Joe Boyd. I had a horrible experience with this company. They left my Home unsealed, meaning no "rake". This is something Roofing Companies do not ever consider since it exposes your home to weather and Wildlife. it caused many problems and cost thousands of dollars. I am still paying for their irresponsible mistakes! Per Rankin County official, he also worked without a permit and said he didnt put rake on because county said okay. They totally denied and stated I should file a complaint with Board of Contractors, which has been done. I have never reviewed anyone unless it was an excellent review. For this one, I feel a responsibility to do so. He should not be licensed in the state of MS for business. I can not recommend this company enough. I am one who never make reviews but I have to go out of my way to make this one. It's hard to impress me and this company hits all the markers. Great customer service. Justin Watts is one of the best employees they have. He communicated so well with me and that goes a long way. This company respects people time and hard earned money. They came out installed gutters, when something happened, they came right back out and fixed it and even took care of adding another spout at their cost to make sure the gutters drained properly. I don't know how they do in other cities, but in Madison i recommend any, I mean any contractor except Complete Exteriors. They do not handle the permit required. I started with them the first week of November 2022. Today is 1/4/2023. Still no permit. They said they would handle it. They didn't. The owner, Joe Boyd, even took over the project. He perfPemex at the same level as his salesman. The city was waiting on him. Spent days trying to get action. None taken for getting the final permit from the city of Madison. That was our experience. I checked with others in our neighborhood in Madison. No other homeowners had an issue from other contractors. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company, especially if you live in Madiso, MS. read more

My experience with Complete Exteriors, LLC is that their promises are not done and their quality of workmanship is lacking. The roof installation was better than the gutter installation which they subbed out to ornery installers who did not follow job requirements. My roof leaks behind the gutters. They made attempts to stop the leaks, but failed and the leaks are much worse. They don't return phone calls. That's a problem when the only on-site workmen don't speak English and are damaging a prized bonsai tree. The tree subsequently died. I'm still finding nails and debris from the tear off. Two nails found the edge and sidewall of my tires requiring the purchase of four new tires. This review is a warning that this company has poor communication between management and workers so homeowner requirements are ignored. They did not use fall protection: your homeowner insurance might be needed. If you decide to hire Complete Exteriors, you should check for leaks after a few rains before making their final payment because after it you are history to them and their labor warranty is useless. Complete Exteriors not only addressed the immediate needs but they also recommended important upgrades which my insurance company partially covered - e.g., ridge vents to replace turbines, architectural shingles, a higher quality felt. The net result is I have so much more value added to my home with little more than my insurance deductible out of pocket. Very pleased with my roofing experience with Complete Exteriors LLC. From the initial consultation, estimate and installation the process was extremely easy and enjoyable. The estimate was on time, professional and answered all of our questions without hesitation. After we signed the contract, the roof installation was scheduled for the following week. They showed up as promised on that day. The crew leader was very courteous and introduced himself and kept us up to date as to their progress throughout the day. They finished our entire house in 1 day! They also were very careful around all of our landscaping and took extra precaution with potted plants and furniture by moving them out of the way. Upon completion we were given photos of the entire process along with our detailed invoice. We had additional plywood replaced due to some rot and was very happy to have before and after pictures of this extra work. About 3 weeks later our warranty from the manufacture came in the mail just as discussed. The price was a little more than some other estimates but with the awards, certifications and great reviews we new we couldn't go wrong by choosing this company. We have learned that cheapest isn't always the best and I can absolutely say we were happy to spend a little extra money to get service like this! read more
