I called to get a price and they told me that the installation takes more than eight hours and could take up to three days and the cost was over $3600. I had all the rest of the equipment, including the brake system from my other vehicle as well as the tow bar so I didn't need any of those items. I had installed the tow base plate on my Ram truck myself prior to my shoulder injury and having done that with never having installed one before, only took me four hours, including lighting wiring. I proceeded to make a couple of phone calls to other dealers and two of them quoted me 1800 parts and labor so that is where we will be having it done. I called Roadmaster back and they were shocked. They said it would only have been about 1400 to have them do it at their location. For a moment, I almost thought I had missed dialed and called Camping World definitely have not earned any business from me.

The store was closing in 15 minutes, but Greg offered to wait for us to run up there and pick up the converter. After talking with us about our situation Greg told us that our old worn out battery most likely needed replacing, but he didn't have any in stock. Without skipping a beat Greg called the nearest Advanced Auto Parts store that was still open and asked the manager to please extend his discount to us and that we would be there shortly, the auto parts manager said he would give us the RV Center's discount and he too would wait for us to get there. When we got to the auto parts store the manager was unsure of which battery we needed and I wasn't sure ether, so I called Lebanon RV Center again and sure enough Greg was still there, he told the manager exactly what battery we needed and asked him again to please give us his discount. Boom, a DieHard Battery ready to hookup and we did get the discount too. If you have problems while camping, hopefully you are near Lebanon Tennessee and Greg is at work, he was knowledgeable, professional and he was a pleasure to work with. Oh, Greg and his German Shepard "Happy" love to go camping too. In fact everyone in Tennessee treated us like family! He apologized for the poor communication and said that he would make me 2 sets of keys. He lost the set I left with him, so I gave him the key codes for the 3 keys that he lost and waited. While waiting for the keys, I went camping from April 10-13. During this time, I noticed that several electrical outlets were not working. Upon investigation, I found wires cut that were not reconnected, rendering 5 outlets out of commission. I called Carl and we set up a date for him to pick up the trailer to fix the problem. I asked him to put a junction box under the sink where the electrical repairs would be made as that would be a cleaner, more reliable repair. He kept the trailer for a week, as agreed upon, and delivered it to my storage space on May 4. He brought a single key to the trailer door with him, and said he forgot to grab the other keys (storage bin locks and hitch lock). Again, he apologized and said he would mail them to me. I texted a week later and asked if they were mailed and received no response. I texted again on May 26, and he responded and said they were mailed on May 22. It's June 4 and I still don't have the keys that I have been trying to get since last October. In addition, I just got back from camping again and, although the circuit now works, he did not install the junction box as I requested. He even said that he did when he dropped it off. Finally, and I say finally because I am done trying to resolve any other issues with this company, my air conditioning hasn't worked right since I got the trailer back. They didn't work on the A/C, but they did reseal the roof. It may just be coincidence, but based upon my experience with this company, I wonder if they did something to make it work less efficiently than before. I guarantee that there are better options in the area to get your work done, but if you choose to go with Spencer Janes, be prepared for poor communication, subpar work and lies.

They charged $130/hr, which you're not going to find a fairer price in Nashville! The person running the shop, Tyson, was the one that put this place over the top! He treated us like family. He was super transparent about the work and answered every question I had. I came in thinking I had an exhaust manifold leak and he took one look at it and told me that it was missing the donut gasket that connected the manifold to the exhaust pipe. They worked super fast fixing my problem within less than an hour and helped me with fixing my mirror for free. If you're in Nashville or even an hour away from this place I would highly recommend, especially if you're in the nomad community.
