Some of the windows on the outside had cobwebs and bugs which he never touched. Others I have used do take care of this. I spent over two hours trying to clean these areas. When I asked Mr Sowers about this his answer was "we decided not to do that". To me this was part of cleaning the windows! He did not clean the screens - simply hosed them. When I washed one yellow pollen came off, so I had to redo those also. His services were not worth the money I paid.
