However, I wasn't ever able to use his services due to the fact that for 5 weeks now I've been trying to get them to send me a mock up for approval of a very simple vinyl banner design (text only). I've never received emails or phone calls back despite them saying they would send things out that day. Perhaps he's very busy (and like I said, he's very nice on the phone) but sadly, with the lack of response and flaking I had to find another local company to create our banners due to time constraints of when they were needed. Thankfully, the new company I went with was able to send me mock ups next day and I had signs with in 3 days. A to Z signs seems like they would be a good business to use, if you can actually get them to make your signs, but if you're not wanting to get the run around, use someone else.

Well 5 months later we are still waiting for our sign. Ross offered to give it to us for free as an apology for all the problems which is why we waited this long. I really thought he would stand by his word and make this right but now I don't even get emails back. I even offered to pay him the original amount he quoted is to get it done. Nothing, not even I am sorry I didn't get it done again on the phone. I like using local independent company's and really wish I could recommend him. But unless you are a major account like the air show, good luck getting anything accomplished.
