Those things happen. I appreciated them making an effort to problem solve and to reach out and contact me after the fact. Kudo's to them for taking my feedback seriously, apologizing, and learning from the experience for future customers they work with. They didn't do any work for me as I found another shop who did my project, so I can't comment on the quality of their work.

I bought them a way-cool STAINLESS STEEL growler from Base Camp Brewing. I then took it here to have it engraved. They asked me when I needed it by and I said Monday (Christmas Eve) by the latest. They said they were about to close down for the next 4 days but they should have it done in an hour or two before they closed. 45 minutes later I got a call saying it was done. The quality was stunning, they used the exact same font that Base Camp uses and the finish was insane. I'm guessing they use LASERS or something? (I'm not kidding, I really think they do) Everyone that works here was also exceedingly nice, I will be back!

Second, I wanted to have a good quality product that will not only last, but that would make a big impact. I live pretty close to OSI and have seen their work in t-shirt screenings throughout the Portland area over the years. I reached out for a quote and was assigned to Taylor, I gave a rough drawing of the design and we began to talk about mask quality and how I could create a great product. The communication throughout was professional, patient and helpful. The masks were completed under the timeline they gave me and the no contact pick up was well planned. I would do business with OSI again for sure, my coworkers loved the masks and they have brought tons of joy and protection in these Covid-19 times.

Plaque was supposed to be done a week earlier on a Friday. They called to tell me it would be running late but ready by Monday. OK, no problem. I go back a week later, walk in, and there is my plaque sitting on a chair in the middle of all of these piles. The name plates were not attached yet. OK, so guy screws name plates in and hands me the plaque. No wipe down, no box, packaging, or anything. I go to pay for it and the guy can't find my receipt to pay, no shit... He is literally looking through all of the piles in the pictures, under boxes, under papers, and after 10 minutes I just say, 'Can I just pay you cash for this and you look for the paper on your own time?' So, I pay and I'm outta there! This all happens while another customer is waiting behind me. That guy should have ran out after watching this episode.
