Secure the upfront contract payment and then disappear! I have had an extremely difficult time scheduling my sessions, which is unfortunate. What a terrible way to treat a client(potential client)! I requested for my refund for 3 classes and was shut down by Brian. He rudely hung up on me after I refused to accept his offer of taking the last 3 courses. Why would I continue with the courses if their Scheduling Coordinator wasn't responding to me and I can find more economically priced and Professional speech coach? And how you were treating previous clients is just terrible and goes against their values of "compassion." They are all aggressive about getting you to purchase their overly priced package which they increased to +$1000. It is not worth it all. I can tell they won't take any accountability by the manner in which I was shut down and how they treat their other clients. The consultation with the speech coach is basically his sales pitch. This company was very unhelpful in getting my refund for just three classes! Very rude. Stop hurting taking money from low income people like myself who are just trying to level up coming from a broken home and in vulnerable situations. PLEASE read the reviews before submitting an online form. I'm so thankful I didn't link my Linkedin account on the online form after seeing how they have harassed other clients. After submitting my form I decided to check out the reviews and I was so appalled - I canceled my consultation right away. Even though I canceled they called me twice, I answered on the second call and I told him I was no longer interested. Then in a condescending tone he asked "so you want to cancel your consultation". I informed him I had already cancelled and he hung up mid sentence. Immediately after I received a spam/fraud text regarding a Robinhood account. Not sure if that stemmed from the organization but I wouldn't be surprised. Also I'm pretty sure all of the good google reviews are fake. This business was quick to take my money and is now non responsive after one session in 3 months. Cancellation after cancellation and then the promised not to miss another session and we're going to honor two free sessions because of their cancellations. Then I never heard from them again. Their numbers are deactivated, schedulers phone number is disconnected, they are non responsive on Instagram. Incredibly bad and entitled way of running business. Please refund my money, paid over $1000 for this. Negative stars, but that wasn't an option. Update: moments after writing this review and them being non responsive for weeks , I received this text that they will not refund me. Which I'm adding now. After adding that image I then received these texts. The images keep Loading out of order but you can see the time stamp at the top. They then tried calling multiple times. This experience was very disappointing, especially given the cost of over $2,100 for four sessions. I enrolled a family member in services to help improve their speaking skills. Brian was the first point of contact and was very helpful in answering our initial questions, which made us genuinely excited to begin. The first two sessions with Jonathan Bias went well, and overall, the sessions themselves were helpful. My family member found value in the work Jonathan provided, which is the primary reason this review is not one star. Unfortunately, my experience with the Senior Client Coordinator, Samantha Henderson, significantly detracted from the overall experience. Early on, we were told someone would reach out to schedule the next session, but no one ever did. When I raised this concern with Samantha, the pattern seemed to be that issues were only addressed after I followed up myself often resulting in last-minute scheduling. In addition, my family member often had to text to remind client coordinator to email him the zoom link to conduct his session. After the third session, appointments were cancelled and rescheduled seven consecutive times, with the cancellation text sent only at the scheduled start time. Consistently cancelling sessions at the moment they are supposed to begin is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for a client's time. I communicated these concerns and requested a refund. The response I received was generic, unempathetic, and dismissive, simply stating that refunds are not offered per policy and informing me that another appointment had been scheduled. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the repeated disruptions, and no accountability for the seven consecutive last-minute cancellations, only a request to confirm the next appointment. She did share she would pass my concerns to the executive team but no one ever reached out so I doubt my concerns were shared. While my family member truly appreciated their work with Jonathan, I would not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect demonstrated by the client coordination staff overshadows the services provided and makes for a miserable experience. Be cautious! Don't get scammed like I did. I initially paid $1,480 for four sessions and had my first on Aug. 11 with Jonathan. During that session, he offered me 14 more sessions for an additional $1,480. So, 18 sessions total for $2,960. I agreed to pay on payday, and his team aggressively contacted me to collect the money on Aug. 15. Scheduling the second session was difficult. On Aug. 18, I didn't receive the Zoom link to meet for session #2, and the office number didn't work. Eventually, Samantha (Senior Client Coordinator) replied to my text and pressured me to remove a negative Yelp review I wrote, or I wouldn't get more sessions. The next day, Brian, another Senior Client Coordinator, called and reiterated the same demand: remove the review or no sessions and no refund. I complied, and session #2 was rescheduled for Friday, Aug. 29. I had session #2. On Sept.3 I had session #3 after reaching out for a Zoom meeting link. Don't expect them to send the Zoom meeting link. You have to beg them for it. Session #4 was scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 4:30. Less than 45 minutes before session #4 started, Samantha texted me saying we had to rescheduled to Friday, Sept. 12. On Friday, Sept. 12, a half hour before the session started, I received a a text to rescheduled session #4 to Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 4:30. Today, Sept 17, I received a text at 4:31and it is cancelled and rescheduled to Wednesday, Sept. 24. This is outrageous! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I left an inquiry and someone named Eric , a client coordinator called back. He tried to talk over me, told me I didn't do my due diligence (5 times) and didn't want to answer questions on their product. I explained to him it's not that I didn't do my due diligence it's that there was no info about the diamond package and other questions I had when I wanted to know more. He was insulting and kept saying it's all there and how would we know what you need since you know yourself best. Also , he told me diamond packages are only for celebrities but that wasn't stated anywhere that I saw. Even if it was, this company needs to do much better on customer service. I was promoted at work to a position that required; presentations, Meetings, speeches, and much much more .... My job was on the line when I informed them of my inability to perform those task.
