For Valentine's Day each year, I arrange an experience for my husband and I; last year it was a pedicure and this year it was to be A couple's massage. I reached out t Eite Therapeutic Massage in the FM area. The earliest the company was able to get us in was on March 22. This is my birthday, and I was thrilled. I checked to make sure that I'd filled out all of the paperwork and everything looked good; At 1:30 the afternoon of the 21st, a rail was received that reminded me of the appointment. Then another came shortly after to confirm. At 5:30, an additional email arrived saying that my appointment had been cancelled. I opened the email after business hours, so was unable to contact the company that evening. The morning of March 22, my originally scheduled appointment date (and my birthday,) I called Elite Therapeutic Massage to inquire as to the cancellation of my appointment not 24 hours previously. I was informed that there were not appointments available to reschedule because I had not contacted them 24 hours ahead of time. I found this interesting. I was then i I formed that they'd cancelled my appointment because I did not have a card In file. Of course I didn't; I had not been promoted in at communication online, nor when I spoke directly to the young lady at the front desk, to leave one. I am sure the massage services are adequate at this establishment and none of the therapists has anything to do with the assistance I received. Their customer service is very much lacking. I would go further than to suggest another establishment to receive a massage. I recommend not even bothering with Elite Massage. read more

I have used Elite Massage in the past and had a good experience, however today I woke up with a fever and other symptoms so I tried to call to reschedule my massage. I understand the cancellation policy, but they made it clear on the phone I would still be charged for the entire massage I'm unable to attend today. They would rather I show up with a fever and ill than give me any leeway with the cancellation/rescheduling. Very disappointing and I will no longer be a customer. read more

You feel at home the moment you walk into the door, greeted by the super sweet receptionists. My massage therapist Karen was wonderful, and for 60 min helped me forget about my crazy stressful week. Massage therapist was fine but the business isn't. They had a lot of available appointments and Sunday night sent an email to try for bookings. I made an appointment, my first one, for Monday. Monday morning I tried to change it to Tuesday. I was told I'd be charged anyway for Monday. They had more than half dozen open appointments for Monday and Tuesday. It made zero difference for them. The boss, Malone, was apparently at Fargo location that day. I called and requested call back. He never bothered. I understand cancellation policies but when you're going to get your $75...and it doesn't matter which day (tons of availability both days)...why not create goodwill rather than make someone never want to visit you again? read more

Loved that I could get into a masseuse in the same week! Additionally I appreciated that she, Michelle, had some prenatal credentials under her belt. It was easy to find, but maybe that's because I lived in Fargo for some years. I was greeted pleasantly and offered water while I filled out my paperwork. As soon as I was finished I was greeted by Michelle -she comes off very friendly and bubbly. She was extremely professional and worked out some MAJOR knots in my shoulders. She was making me super relaxed as my bun in the oven was also slowing down his movements. We did talk for a few moments in the beginning, but to be honest it wasn't awkward! Afterwards I was pushed water and told to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! I'm pregnant, I'm told that by everyone! :) I definitely recommend Michelle at Elite! read more

I have had a few amazing massages here! There are so many different services to choose from - I had both hot stones and deep tissue massages and loved them both! I loved the convenience of the online booking system to book appointments quickly, sometimes even the night before. Amazing, kind, and caring staff that make sure you have the best experience possible. I have chronic neck/back problems and just a lot of tension - which was relieved every massage I had. I have seen many therapists and thought I would try Elite. I got a call an hour before my appointment asking why I wasn't there. I explained that when I booked my appointment it was for an hour later. They said that I was wrong and that it was too late for me to come and that I would still be charged full price.
