The workout is incredible and the knowledge is fantastic. The attention to detail is what separates this facility over so many others. I can't speak for the mixed martial arts and grappling as I only train in boxing. But in my opinion, this is the facility to train in for your Boxing, and MMA needs.

Many classes to choose from (go as often as you want for your monthly fee). Gym for parents during class time downstairs.
