Dispatcher was courteous and called me back to confirm arrival of cab and location. Cab was clean and driver was friendly. He told me cash only amd nothing more than $20 before we left. The dispatcher could have said that before sending the cab out in case i only had a credit card. We had a nice chat for the few minutes we rode together. Paid my fare, wished him well, and was on my way. Just as I had hoped.

When I talked to the person making the registration she assured me they would take care of my daughter. She is a freshman, 1000 miles away from home and scared as this is her first solo flight. When I made the reservation, she was the only one scheduled. I asked if there would be other riders if I would get a discount. They told me there wouldn't be anyone else on there. I threw in a hefty tip to make sure she was taken care of. She was supposed to be picked up at 130. They said they would be there after 2 and they had 5 other people to pick up. I called the driver and he was very rude and asked if they would get her there in time. He told me she decided to go to school here and she had to learn how to deal with it. Even if that is true.... he has no right to tell a paying customer that. She got to the airport after 4. Her plane left at 5. She made it. For the return I told her she had to take is back to school to learn. He texted her the day before saying he would be to yhe airport Sunday night at 755 for the return. When she got off the plane, he texted her and said he wasn't back to Waco yet and he would be back to Dallas after 930. Not acceptable. She ended up getting a lady lyft driver to take her back to Waco as she had a big chemistry test the next morning. I spent 300.00 on the streak and 240.00 on a lyft. I had to use this cab service 4 times in the last week and I am very disappointed. First off, the…read morevehicles were filthy! The drivers were eating in their vehicles and had trash in the seats. The vehicles were not safe. The back seat bench actually lifted up when I sat down (I'm petite) and looked like it was not connected and was just cushion. The drivers were smoking in the vehicles prior to picking me up. I left the cab smelling like cigarettes and I don't even smoke. The fare was $3.00 before we even drove away. I needed a ride that was 3 minutes away (couldn't walk because of surgery) and it cost me $5.50 but when I was dropped off a couple miles further the day before that was only $7.00! On average it took anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes just to get picked up. I was seriously disappointed. Not representative of a good company. Not clean, not punctual, pricey for the distances, and they have drivers who are not familiar with some of the public places like hospitals and clinics. If anything they should know those locations.

Instead, the driver arrived in a Toyota Corolla with: - A duct-taped headlight - A "maintenance required" light on during the 90 minute drive The driver arrived early, he explained that his town car was in the shop & that he was using his sister's car. While I understand that things happen, this change was not communicated in advance, which I believe is important when a customer is expecting a specific type of service. Additionally, the driver mentioned that he was unable to assist with lifting my luggage, so I had to load my suitcase myself. Again, I understand individual limitations, but this should also be communicated ahead of time, as most customers booking a private car service expect assistance. To be fair, the driver was polite & did get me to the airport on time. However, the main issue here is lack of transparency & service not matching what was advertised. Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight & I did not have time to change my arrangements to make the flight, so I was stuck using this service.
