Found out we had squirrels living in our attic and they were not helping with the mortgage so we had to call someone to get them out. I called close to 10 companies and Joshua Pollard was the first to pick up the phone. This was on a Friday and he was able to come on a Monday. He had to come five time but he was able to catch all of the squirrels and even patched up the hole they were using to get in and out. Joshua was professional and communicated very well as to when he was coming to check on the traps. You get critters in your house that aren't paying rent you have to call Elite Wildlife Control. This is one great company and Josh was absolutely amazing ! He asked a lot of questions and very polite , professional , respectful , always calling and letting us know what time he was coming . Knowledgeable about the Flying Squirrel problem we had and not in a big rush to get in and out . He has all the equipment and knowledge to do the repairs. Was a little nervous about the initial charge but all the work he performed far surpassed the cost If you have pest problems this is the very best company out there. Don't waste your time and money on another company that is just going to overcharge you ! I wish I had called him sooner ? I wasted a lot of time trying to solve the problem myself ?
