Throughout this pandemic, the salon owner and her team have been meticulous about following state mandates and protocol making it very easy for clients to understand expectations with posted signs/information throughout the space. Betty, Hannah and Tara are very experienced professional stylists who stay up-to-date with coloring/styling techniques and offer high quality hair products. Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and take the time to answer any questions you may have about services offered. I have been going to Betty at Elizabeth Alison's Salon for a few years now. It is so nice to find a hair dresser that listens to my opinion of what I want from a hair cut. She does a great job with my color and uses a toner from heaven. She is warm and friendly. I am also so grateful for how careful she and the others are to make sure they follow all the state health guidelines to keep me and others safe while we take care of our hair's needs. They always make sure that only one customer per beautician is in the salon and they keep customers at a safe distance. I find them organized, friendly, professional and extremely competent. Betty listens to what I want, examines my hair condition and professionally makes recommendations in regards to the best outcome. The salon is Always Clean, especially now with Covid. I feel very safe going to Elizabeth Alison's during Covid. Everyone needs to make an appointment and are allowed in after their temperature has been taken and a few questions are answered.
