My husband and myself are in commercial real estate and development so we had a figure in mind that the house was worth. 10 minutes into our meeting she asked us what we thought it was worth, when we told her she said it was worth another $100,000. We immediately said, "let's get this on the market". We were skeptical, thought her price was way too high. But I gave her a date I wanted the house to hit the market and asked her for my marching orders. Elizabeth recently helped me buy a condo in Austin. I was unaware of the market, and new to buying, but she was incredible from start to finish.
