Very difficult to get along with, almost combative. The guy who answers the phones for her office, he is just rude and mean.

Dr Roberts quickly assessed the situation and supported my daughter (and I) with a treatment plan.

I had struggled with anxiety for over half my life, to the point where even leaving my house felt overwhelming. As my anxiety worsened, my world kept getting smaller, I wasn't living much of a life. Starting this journey was scary, but Deanne made me feel completely heard during my consultation, and I knew I was in the right place to heal. I've now completed 17 sessions, and I'm honestly amazed at how much my life has changed. I'm facing triggers head-on with little to no difficulty, and I finally feel like I'm living again. If you're on the fence, go--show up scared, show up unsure. I only wish I had found this sooner. Thank you, especially to Bennett, for helping me through my hardest moments and celebrating my progress every step of the way.

I had so many indescribable symptoms and was no longer living life, spending months in bed, not recovering. Through oxygen therapy, one day I had a moment of clarity that neurofeedback was what I needed next. I searched area clinics and though it was a long drive for me, I chose this clinic based upon the heartfelt reviews. From the moment I walked in I knew I was where I neededto be. I cannot say enough on how transformational it has been for me, I would not be functional enough to move into the next phases of recovery without it. Deanne and Bennett are so caring and knew the treatments I needed and worked with me, how my system tolerated, as it was a series of symptoms I was working through. They were both very knowledgeable and I was in the absolute best hands. There are so many ways neurofeedback can help people, I truly believe this saved my life. Thank you Bennett and Deanne for everything

I usually don't write reviews, especially not reviews for someone whom I have only had one…read moreinterview session with. But I decided to write this one because it was an interesting/perplexing experience to me. I had a 50 minute interview session with this therapist. At the end of the interview, we both agreed that we are not a good match to each other. I read some of the good reviews for him before scheduling an appointment, and I can certainly see how this therapist can be helpful to certain patients and I can fully understand why they like him. I was hoping that I would have a good experience with him myself when I scheduled the first session. I have done a lot of deep work before. Everything the other reviewers were talking about and everything this therapist was saying about my patterns in the interview session made sense to me. These comments/suggestions resonated with what I worked on before and what I am looking for in a therapist. I was really hopeful that this therapist would be a good match for me. He has the insight and the analytical mind set, he clearly knows deep issues and wants to help patients to make progress quickly. Part of me was saying to myself: This should work. And yet we didn't connect by the end of the interview session. He was watching me, knowing that there was trauma and painful struggle, but he seemed to expect the patient to open up to him and go deep in the first 50 minutes of an interview session. I didn't get the impression that he got me at the emotional level and was holding the patient in their struggles, that he got the hint that I knew what I was doing and I am very capable of talking openly in therapy, but just not in the first 50 minutes, with someone I hadn't made the connection yet. To me, this was an interview session and I needed to see if there was empathy and connection first before exploring something deep and painful. In fact, I almost got the impression that maybe his emphasis is not so much to heal the patient in the therapeutic relationship dynamic, but rather to provide insight so that the understanding of the issue is reached quickly. His approach can work very well to certain patients, but I have seen other great therapists who provide the same type of insights, deep into childhood or traumatic experiences, making connections to the present pervasive patterns...etc. But in addition to all of that, the other therapists I had good experiences with also had an emphasis in the healing aspect of the therapeutic relationship, so that the patient experiences the interpersonal relationship differently than the bad ones they had in their past. For some reason, this healing aspect of the patient-therapist relationship dynamics was not experienced in my first 50 minutes of an interview session with this therapist.

After several years of helpful sessions, I had to terminate my work with Dr. Asturias for what I…read moreconsider to be an unforgivable betrayal of my mental health needs related to gender identity/gender transition. After so much that was helpful in other areas, it took me completely by surprise that he was so resistant to helping me in this regard (wouldn't even discuss it with me beyond a flat refusal, didn't give me a name of someone else I could consult). I had to sort it all out with all new providers that didn't know me at all. The trust we spent building up over years was instantly vaporized. Five stars for the PTSD work, one star for the gender related issues, average it out to three stars.

Dr White sent me for a bunch of testing so she could be able to give me accurate answers regarding my pulmonary issues. They were able to do many of the tests in their office. The respiratory therapist was able to show me better ways to ensure my inhaler was getting in to my lungs. I also had my sleep study done in their office. The gentleman that helped me was kind and patient. He answered any questions that he could. He also asked me questions about my sleep study which made me feel more confident in the process. Dr White has also had interns in with her and they have been very kind and professional. Dr White was able to diagnose that I have a paralyzed diaphragm and I know from previous x rays that I have had this for 5 years that no one before had bothered to diagnose. I will be getting a review of more tests next week. So far this has been one of the best experiences I have had in a Drs office. Dr White was through in looking thru what my other specialists had done so she could be as accurate as possible in her final diagnosis. So far so good I am glad my general practitioner sent me to her. She always spends time to see if I had questions regarding what we have done so far and she has never rushed me out. Thank you Dr White .

I have 85% chance of having cancer and my upper left lobe of my lung so I'm pretty scared. I just wanna get everything over with lol and I know that's not possible, one step at a time. She will be doing a biopsy going in my windpipe into the lung. I will leave another review. So far I want to give Dr. White and her team kudos, they're awesome thank you so much

That medication sent me to the mental hospital. I thought it was unwise of him to switch me cold turkey. Then he left the office so I was given Dr. Afghan. I don't know why I put up with her. She has zero compassion. I don't feel like I can tell her everything. Our appointments were short and it's usually ok because my meds work. She doesn't seem to be open to talk. I can't tell her what meds or dosage work and what doesn't. She just prescribes. Anyway I am done putting up with her rude and abrupt behavior. I also saw Cynthia Bradley for talk therapy and as I recall I don't think she was helpful or offer any coping tips and advice. All she did was listen and laughed about my situation. All she cared was about money because I missed an appointment but I didn't get any appointment reminders. I told them I'm not going to pay them. Dr. Bradley said I'm not allowed to see her again. For the record I never missed any appointment except that one. If they truly care they would work something out with the patient.
