I got a warm welcome from Janina, my therapist, who was lovely and friendly throughout. They use lycon hot wax and the rooms are extremely tidy and clean. Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you'll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. An amazing distraction from the job at hand! The hot wax was quick, about 20 minutes, very painless and thorough. Best of all, it's a complete steal. Cheapest place I've found in London. This place is certainly worth trekking across London for. I am looking forward to going back many times in the future.

I had my eyebrows/upper lip threaded by a woman who wasn't Rozi (that narrows things down considerably, I know). I was pleased with the shape, but she broke the thread against my eyebrows several times and the so called "massage" I was looking forward to lasted about 3 seconds. The procedure also hurt; tears were shed. I will probably be back, because I was pleased with the end result and because I'm a poor college student who appreciates only having to pay 7.50 pounds for both eyebrow/upper lip threading. Tip: Go in expecting an inexpensive but decent threading experience and you'll come out satisfied.

I can't remember the owner's name but she was completely lovely, chatty and bright. The place was really quiet and it made a change from pretentious, clinical surroundings. The truth is, this was not the best hair cut in the world but she gave me exactly what I wanted - just a trim, nothing to wild. I've often said the same to other hairdressers but come out looking like Rod Stewart! So I was gad she listened to what I said at least. This isn't wild and whacky, you get what you pay for but I left in a great mood and totally happy.
