Jane Edwards has been happy to work with me; rather than loading my hair down with products or insisting that I need to straighten it, she cuts it to emphasize the curls so it's easy to take care of. Everyone I've encountered there is friendly, they're efficient without making you feel rushed, and they take care in their work. I was left with colour on my scalp for 50 minutes just because she was juggling between two appointments at the same time. I ended up having a burn on my scalp. The worst part was that not only was she rude but also nobody apologised. Also the receptionist did not bother answering to my questions. She just said "You are not my client" and she did not help me at all. I felt humiliated and this is categorically my last visit at MP4!
