I had a 1:45 pm appointment and she said I arrived late, although I did come at the precise time to fill out paperwork, which was 1:15pm. She said in the office "I won't have time to do what you want.". Very strange that someone would actually lie to my face--that takes a lot of nerve, especially while all the while she is smiling. Unbelievable. I have never ever been treated like that. This is little Pacific Beach in San Diego. She is definitely insecure. You notice all other review say "This is my first time having this done". There is a reason for that--Nurse Tiffany is not good. But others do no know enough about the procedure or the "nurse" to know that it is not good there. Nor is she.

And she has been there so I trust her. I trust that she is helping me find my way down my path and when times are dark she spreads some light. Also, its hard to preach to others if you aren't willing to take the steps and do the work yourself! I can't tell my patients to do things and practice coping skills if I am not doing that myself. Right? I have been a family nurse practitioner for 6 years and I always tell my patients that just like getting a physical check up once a year, you should be getting a mental check up at least once a year. I found Suzanne's office through my insurance and I feel so lucky that I did! She was so friendly and didn't push anything I wasn't asking about. The staff are very sweet and chatty in a good way (always a plus ). I would definitely recommend Suzanne or the office in general if she is not available. I didn't have to wait forever for an annual appointment either! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.

She seems to resent the work, and would rather just look at her computer all day. Her role appears to be more of a manager than a provider. The two times I did have an exam with her, she rushed through it entirely too fast and didn't even listen to me. The second time I saw her will be my last. I was in pain for two days, and the first day afterwards it hurt to sit down. I'm going to UCSD from now on. Avoid at all costs. Anyone who doesn't take care of their own health, shouldn't be managing yours.

When I went to Optum Care Network's San Diego Sports Medicine's Urgent Care clinic for treatment, I was subjected to multiple iterations of ineffective treatment plans and was verbally harassed when I attempted to get assistance for obtaining a CA DMV Disabled Person Placard. More specifically, the only thing offered by Monica (the Office Manager) was an abundance of vindictive rhetoric couched in audacity, ignorance and false accusations. It was abundantly clear from her delusional behavior that Monica believes that patients exist to serve and support the needs of clinic staff and not the other way around. Instead of hiding patient issues requiring escalations that need to be properly addressed by those in charge of the Medical Group, one should expect that the true SDPMG leadership team would want to properly investigate and make quality improvements to service levels in order to properly resolve such matters. Regrettably, my experience was that the Medical Group leadership allegedly hide in anonymity and enable their incompetent subordinates to make unqualified decisions. This type of behavior may imply that this medical practice is all about making profits at patient's expense and not about patient satisfaction and service level quality.
