I have been very happy with how honest and informative they have been, and they also seem genuinely interested in seeing me succeed. Michelle has been the gal I work with most often and she takes time out of her schedule to contact me and inquire about updates. While they are a chain, they are still a small chain and stay local. This is helpful because then the bank is focused on the economy within the community. And it is a nice facility. They care greatly about appearance and take pride in professionalism. It's a really nice bank to have my accounts with them. They're safe, reliable, and easy to work with. They've never caused me any trouble. The online banking is really easy to use, and safe as well. They do take cautionary advances with that though, once I was on a trip in NY and it denied me access to my account. I called the Bank though, and told her we were on a trip, and they reset the account for me so that I could log on. But it's nice to not have to worry about that, and all it takes to access your account once it's been blocked is one phone call. the ONLY thing I don't like about the BOE, is that it can takes a couple days for transactions to process. Like if you get paid on Friday, unless your place of employment deposits your check into the account sometime in the morning, it may not show up in your account until Monday, even if it's there. Almost any purchase your make on Friday-Sunday will not be processed until Monday and sometimes even Tuesday. That has made for some mistakes on our part where we thought we had a certain amount and didn't. But after you bank with them for awhile (I've been with them since I was 17!), you get used to it. Anyway, highly recommend the bank - the people are incredible. I love the service.

My decision to select Shawn Nistler, and the Insurance Brokers of MN Team, was influenced by the savings they identified, but mostly based on the consultative approach they took to identifying and understanding my families insurance needs and exposure. We came up with a comprehensive package that made me comfortable, knowing I was having a new driver in our household and soon attending college out of state. So all is great... It's just insurance right? Fast forward to January 2021 when our child was hit from behind totaling his vehicle, with the impact pushing him into the stopped vehicle in front of him. Sending him to the hospital for ER trauma treatment. Here are the results of this No Fault Accident with injuries to my household... ZERO! After coming home from the accident scene, and hospital, I sent an email to Shawn on the evening of the accident it was late... I immediately received a personal call from Shawn while he was out of the office, on a weekend vacationing with his family. Shawn's consultative approach to our coverage and the AutoOwners policy completely protected my household from any costs, claims or personal damages. It needs to be said that the driver who rear ended our Son and totaled his vehicle has Geico Ins coverage, something they most likely bought online... after all 15 minutes could save you 15% right??? Well, in this case the Geico coverage was not enough to cover the damages to their own totaled vehicle much less the other 2 vehicles damaged, nor was it comprehensive enough to cover the medical costs. In less than 10 days after the accident AutoOwners has already completed and processed our claims, provided payment for our totaled vehicle and we have not seen a medical bill! Geico... well they sent us a notice confirming our claim exceeded the owners coverage and stating we would have to use our company AutoOwner for our claim and indicating AutoOwners would then have to pursue their insured for reimbursement! Basically washing their hands of it and hanging out their customer to dry! 15 minutes has cost this person much more than I'm sure they figured they saved! My advise... "It can happen to you" work with a professional! Shawn and his Team understand insurance and have saved and shielded my family from loss while providing personal service second to none.

I had a terrible experience working with Integrity Insurance. I was hit by a driver who had this…read morecompany. It has been about a month since the accident and things STILL aren't completely resolved. I worked with Kim and Tanisha. Tanisha was somewhat helpful and prompt in her responses. Kim was helpful over the phone, but would change what she said or how it would be handled after we hung up. My car was not drivable after the accident. It was brought to a body shop and I tried to let them start a damage estimate, but Integrity told them not to. About a WEEK passed, and they finally got someone out there from their company to "asses the damages." His assessment was strictly cosmetic. He did not attempt to drive the vehicle or look for internal damage. After we got the estimate from Integrity, ANOTHER WEEK LATER, the body shop called and said they "drastically underwrote the claim." It's now been an additional TWO WEEKS and I still don't have the entirety of my insurance payout. My car has been totaled and seized already, and I am just sitting, waiting for information. The company paid for a rental for ONLY ONE WEEK and reimbursed me for 1/4TH THE COST of the rental I had to pay out of pocket for. I am a delivery driver, so my vehicle is my lifeline. I had to agree repeatedly argue with staff to get even just partial coverage for the rental. This process has been insanely hectic and awful to experience. I would go as far as to say this was the WORST experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I would NOT do business with them or recommend this company based on how they handled their business. There were too many instances where things just wouldn't happen... frankly, I think Integrity should be audited or investigated further. Terrible experience. 0/10.

I received a check for overpayment of my car insurance, didn't think anything of it, since they are a big company, they wouldn't send something that wasn't valid, right? No. They didn't contact me, didn't contact via email, text, mail or a phone call. Well apparently, that check wasn't for me, and they wanted the money back in full, (Being it's been 2 months since I originally cashed that check btw) which I can understand them wanting their money back, but when it's a larger amount, you should probably be willing to work with your customers in paying that amount back, (which was an error on their part in the first place.) NO! Their customer service reps were rude, and disrespectful, acting like it was my fault they sent me the money in the first place. And I had to make payment back in full and they wouldn't work with me. I am beyond done with this company and wouldn't recommend anyone to this company. What a waste of my time and energy this has been going back and forth with them. And then they had the audacity to tell me they are "contacting me now" (two months later) when I am the one that called them about a high invoice. Like seriously?
