Spoke to him on the phone and texted to confirm-- he said yes both times. Total no-show. No calls, no texts, just never showed up. I called shortly after he was supposed to be there... no answer. Left a voicemail, he never responded. Unprofessional flake. Do not hire, he won't show up or return your call. I am from out of town, so not able to reschedule and I definitely would not reschedule with him, based on this.

They're now putting in support beams for a new deck. When my parents' hotwater tank quit, Tom went right over to help them and had it replaced the next morning. He made sure it was safe and replaced pipes that were half a century old. Same with their stove. He worried that some lines weren't safe and took care if it for them. They're always busy, but that's because they're the best. Can't recommend them high enough.

I was not alerted to my termination by my employer, I had discovered I was fired through a peer in my school because a job opening had popped up. I tried to talk to my ex-employer, but they refused to comply, so I gave up and moved on to another place of work.
