Was doing a walkthrough of a house for sale, made an appointment with Dan of Caliber Contractors to assess what repairs would be needed. Spoke to him on the phone and texted to confirm-- he said yes both times. Total no-show. No calls, no texts, just never showed up. I called shortly after he was supposed to be there... no answer. Left a voicemail, he never responded. Unprofessional flake. Do not hire, he won't show up or return your call. I am from out of town, so not able to reschedule and I definitely would not reschedule with him, based on this. read more
