I've had a manager quit with no notice and blame me because I wouldn't go in running a fever. Then the ex manager told all my clients that I had quit when I didn't. I've been guilt tripped over not being able to cover shifts out of my availability. I've been treated as I'm lazy due to being part time but I was hired part time. Two months in the job I've had to get HR involved because of drama caused by a co worker because I mandatory reported as I'm supposed to. I'm disappointed I'm treated poorly for having an availability and being hired to work afternoons/evenings. I have other restrictions at the moment that prevent me from having open schedule but I shouldn't be treated unfair for it. I've been trained inappropriately and treated as it was my fault. There is no sort of appropriate communication and clients and staff have suffered from this issue. All this job has done for me is stress and grief. I was hopeful getting hired but everything that has happened has changed that feeling to dread.
