There is a kiddie pool. During the week, the pool area is quite empty. It can get really busy over the weekends if the weather is wonderful. The tennis courts have just been refurbished. You must be a member at Pinetop Neighborhood Resort to utilize this facility. I met many new friends here. There is enough parking in the lot. I'll be back next year.

There are 2 seating benches in the pool - really good feature to stay cool while still reading your book. The only downside is the pool isn't that big. You can't really use it for swimming. And if there are a lot of kids in the pool, its hard to avoid getting splashed. There's ample seating, plenty of tables and umbrellas throughout the dry deck. The dry deck and the bathrooms are always clean!

There is quite a bit of seating but it does get very busy especially on weekends and holidays. The snack bar is a nice addition that the smaller Turnstone pool doesn't have, it has pretty good food and is pretty cheap. I do wish it had more parking because it does get busy at the pool but also shares the same parking lot as everyone going to play tennis.

I have swam in the Bryan pool when I could not the the lines on the bottom and when I would witness a cloud dead skin churned up from the bottom of the pool. Even after showering, I would spend much of the day with an itchy back after having swam in the Bryan pool. The other issue that troubles me is the attitude of the Aquatics Staff. They are seldom supportive and they often find minor issues to complain about when there are swimmers who clearly should receive more of their attention. On one occasion I observed an autistic/homeless man who found it very relaxing to submerge himself in the hot tube. The lifeguards were so troubled by his behavior that four staff members finally physically removed him from the pool and arranged to drop him from Y membership. This could have been handled with a lot more compassion and concern.
