Since I starting a new job, I haven't really had a chance to come up for air, let alone give my…read morehouse a good cleaning. So, I called my close friends, Robert & Amanda Brown, who are owners of the "Absolutely Yours Concierge" service, and while I was on business travel recently, they swooped into my humble abode with their anointed brooms and cleaning supplies and transformed my house from ground zero back to the comfortable Queendom I adore! They organized, they unclogged, they hung clothes, washed and changed sheets... THEY DID EVERYTHING!! They even left me a bottle of wine... and Lord knows I needed that after a long weekend of hard work! All of this to say that ABSOLUTELY YOURS CONCIERGE SERVICE IS THE BEST!!! If you're a busy person like me who is always on the go... or even if you're just lazy as hell and just don't feel like cleaning, CALL THEM!!! You won't be disappointed, and mind you, I ain't a baller, so you already know they won't break your pockets!! You can reach Robert and Amanda Brown at 678-744-4687. You can also find them online at www.AbsolutelyYoursConcierge.com, and on Twitter at @Concierge4Hire. They are available 24/7 via appointment, so make yours today!

Coming from someone who's been searching a long time for a cleaning company that offered exceptional service and results--you guys truly met my demands and ultimately didn't dissappoint. Also, I just don't have enough positive compliments about my new found friend Robert. Not only did he walk me through every aspect of his work, but he also walked me thru how we can collaborate on future projects. Again, thanks so much for making this stressful experience a pleasant one. 5 stars to AYC. Now, when can I sechedule my next appointment :).. Thanks, Roz

My experience with CSOA was for 1 year. I was put through 3 separate interviews at the corporate…read moreoffices and met Penny at the last one. I thought this was a respectable company but I was misled. After being hired, my pay rate was lower than what was agreed in the interview, there was no offer letter sent out detailing benefits, hrs etc. I had to go back to ensure I would be paid the agreed amount. It wasn't a simple process and management resisted. I was also constantly called in on days off to cover the desk, if it wasn't to come in it was another team mate asking a question during my personal time. There were not systems in place to ensure any staff could pick up where the other left off causing lots of confusion for residents and guest. No one is properly trained we just had to learn on the job. I was promised gift cards for coming in early, last minute or working a back to back shift and was never given them. Working 6 day weeks was common, when you attempt to get a regular schedule management brings up your weaknesses and makes you feel undeserving of such a request, keep pressing they will give it to you. I think the intention is there to provide good service but the corporate mangment prevents this reality. Working for CSOA feels like you're tied up in someone else chaotic dysfunctional way of doing things. A company this size should have a system of offering shifts to the entire employee body at once, instead they depend on the 3-4 people working to cover each other leaving someone who would gladly take the hours out of the equation and applying unnecessary pressure on the employees whom are not available. Penny is okay and tries to clean up the mess but I wonder why she doesn't put competent people in charge that understand relationships and teamwork so she doesn't have to. There is no room for growth, they are creating positions as they go and it's hard to see how a concierge can reach that level, or want to for that matter. Superiors always seem the most stressed and over worked. Ryan is a mystery it's not clear why he stays at all, he doesn't seem happy and always seems tired. Trazet is more concerned with promoting her travel agency and telling you about her fiancé and there free travel benefits but her position as a superiors is unclear and has never been explained. CSOA makes up titles that have no defined lines of responsibility. CSOA- this is what you need. You need on-boarding and 2 weeks training through a system any new employee can clearly read and understand from property to property or you will keep losing accounts. Using one person to train your entire staff is unfair and silly to expect good results. Training is a process, 1-2 days of training then placement at multiple properties through out the week is just ineffective and absent minded. The confidence this company has is self destructive, it seems they won't turn back from decisions that aren't working. They do not drug test, and will not pay a decent wage unless you beg and plead. Raises are not consistent and come in the form of cents. There are no lunch breaks due to the industry and people are never properly introduced so that you may give them respect. CSOA doesn't know what to do with talent, they come across great talent but they hinder them with their chaos and psychotic nature and they leave. Pros- fringe benefits- You May not receive any respect or benefits from your company but you will definitely feel the benefits of being at the front desk at fine establishments. Network! You will find or be offered better working opportunities and more. Loyalty is not inspired by fear of losing your job, long term relationships are not maintained by mistreating your employees. This style of business makes me wonder if anyone in management has a flourishing relationship with a spouse or otherwise. The people who have stayed for years on end simple have low self esteem and deserve better. Thank you for reading!

The concierge staff is kind/courteous, professional and helpful. It is great coming home to their nice faces every day. They are truly the best in all of the buildings I have lived in that offer concierge services. If you are looking for a concierge service, I would recommend CSOA.
