The office staff is a whole other issue. We have had nothing but issues with them. I would love to find another office to use, but that isn't always easy. Staff not answering the phone, not returning calls, not calling in refills, calling in wrong refills, not calling to schedule appointments, not being knowledgeable about procedures, the list goes on. Our newest issue is my son's doctors last day was April 4th. I called in for refills on April 3rd and that is when they informed me. So, I had to set an appointment with a new doctor and the soonest appointment that was available would be after he would need his next refill for his controlled medications. I expressed my concern and was assured by the receptionist that I would be able to get the refills before then. Called today to get refills on another medication and was told that they couldn't do a refill until he sees a Dr or nurse practitioner. The first available appt is on Monday. My son is already out of the medication. They won't call in refills until the day the medicine is out. They won't call in multiply months of medications even if they are not controlled substances. Not sure they realize that you aren't just supposed to just stop taking psychiatric medications. I reminded the receptionist that she had told me at the beginning of the month that I would be able to get my son's medications filled before seeing the new Dr. She apologized and said that was before she knew that we would have to see someone else before getting refills. She will have to put us on the cancellation list. Otherwise, he will just have to do without until we can see the doctor. I feel like they are just setting my son up for failure since he cannot function without his medication. All in all, this office is poorly managed. Do better. Almost forgot, when they do call about scheduling a new appointment, they already have an appt scheduled for you. Doesn't matter if it doesn't work for you. I will be reaching out to our insurance company to file a complaint.

I get charged for 30 minutes sessions and I have never had a session longer than 10 minutes. I have screen shots of the end of every session to show how long it was. My doctor doesn't call in my prescriptions on time and I have to go days without it and there is no one else in the office that calls in prescriptions. They out your business in the responses on Google reviews. You cannot talk to anyone in charge because the office manager is so aggressive and dismissive. I've never seen an actual doctor, just different nurse practitioners that minimize the issues. They are charging me for therapy that I haven't even done. I was supposed to get another new therapist but of course no one ever called me and I can't get in touch with the counseling side .
