I received a treatment from Candy that was not appropriate for my injury. I informed her that the location seemed bizarre and that she was causing me a lot of pain. I told her repeatedly that I was hurting and that I have fibromyalgia, which makes me extra sensitive. My husband spoke with the owner this morning to inform him that my treatment left me injured and considering a visit to the hospital. We thought the matter was taken care of when Candy began harassing me on my personal fb wall. An employee has taken to social media to harass a patient. Someone who is expected to feel vulnerable in the office. If you have fibromyalgia or a social media account, this place isn't safe for you. read more

I'd heard great things about this place but I believe there is a large range of care and skill among the providers. It is a blatantly Christian practice which I have no problem with if that is not part of the "marketing" which happens far too often. I felt the quality of my care and attitude each decline after the therapist expressed different views than mine. It was awkward from that point. I would possibly go there again but would be very choosy regarding which therapist. read more

They have the nerve to send me a text to vote for them in what's left of Macon's newspaper for best of the best after having such a bad experience with them! NO, H*** NO! Their usual MOD is to ask for your email address so that they can vote for you. Saves you time. I had the one girl there ask if she could do that. Sure, at the time, fine. Now, no! You're going to get the "McDonald's of fast food" therapy at this place. In an out. You're probably going to get heat and tens because both of those they can charge for and it doesn't require an attendant to stay there or god forbid, a doctor of physical therapy to personally supervise. If your RX says ultra sound, doubt you're going to get that. I believe every script I had, had that little box checked and never received ultra sound there. I even asked one PTA about personally buying an ultra sound machine for my own use. I had a bad experience with TWO of their doctors of PT. The one gave me an evaluation and asked where it hurt on my back. I told her. She rudely replied that we weren't dealing with that part of my back. How can you answer a question about where does it hurt wrong? She merely wanted an answer to fit her narrative to get me in and out. "We only have 30 minutes." She was like a parrot repeating that. She was rude and I was treated like a commodity, not a person. I later heard her do an evaluation with an older woman with her monotone voice. Then, another time a younger guy with her voice all bubbly, giggly, upbeat. No difference there is there? She pressed on my foot which was previously injured. She didn't know it and I didn't think to say anything as I didn't know where she was going. Caused my foot to bleed, get infected and I had to go to the doctor ending up on antibiotics. Think she could even say, "Oh, I'm so sorry?" No. That's admitting liability. Really, I should have sent the doctor bill to them. Put me with this arrogant guy with frizzy, permed hair way out there and a big, bushy beard. His greatest fear in life must be a bic lighter. There was a severe disconnect. I doubt he even knew my name. He tried to have me do one exercise and it hurt my foot which was actually a good thing to happen. He obviously didn't read my chart and this exercise would have pulled my shoulder out again on which I had done PT for the last three years trying to correct. Frozen shoulder is hard to get over. He's no longer there but this is how this joint trains their top-notch people? Rather than correcting the problem, Mr. kent put me on his schedule. He did no exercises with me, just the massage. And they have it timed down to the second on how long it's supposed to last. I couldn't get in to see him for a week because his schedule fills up fast. He had made no contingency plan to fall back on for me. I thought I'm not going back. Told Doctor Stefanis and it really caused a big stink. Massage therapy should not hurt. Several times I had to tell him that it hurts and I couldn't lay still on the table. At one point he said that's why he has several "different moves" and wasn't as rough. ADVICE. If it's hurting you STOP IT THEN AND THERE. DO NOT CONTINUE! Do not be afraid to say we're done here. Go somewhere else that doesn't try to fix you in X amount of minutes so their schedule doesn't run behind. No one cared until I wrote a negative review. Suddenly, his business was flooded with glowing reviews all on the same day to give him a higher rating. Those have since been deleted. Now, they text me to ask me to vote for them as best of the best after the way I was treated? You are a commodity there, not a person, not a patient, just a check waiting to be cashed. EDIT: Mr. Kent has made an update that this was a glitch. Whose name is on the door? It's NOT Robert E. Lee. Truman had a sign on his desk that said "The Buck Stops Here." That means he was ultimately responsible. This is what Mr. kent's whole business model has become: A giant glitch. read more

Dr. Kent and all that work with him are fabulous! I had a referral from an orthopedist for therapy in hopes that I could avoid rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Kent is a miracle worker. After only a few visits my arm/shoulder and it's range of motion was 100% improved. I will not need surgery! I am pain-free. I consider he is a miracle worker! Also, the office is well-run and organized. They stay on schedule. Everyone is courteous. If you need a great therapist and experience, come here. read more

Jason Kent Physical Therapy was first recommended to me by my hairdresser who also deals with similar chronic neck and shoulder pain. Then I was referred to him by Axis Pain Center, so I knew he was the right therapist for me. I go to the Warner Robins location off of Osigian Blvd. because it's about 7 minutes from my house. Appointments are easy to schedule, and his hours are flexible. The office is small but always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they know you on a first name basis. I've only been in therapy for about 2 months going 3x per week, but Jason has been incredible at treating my trigger points and improving flexibility and range of motion. Once my muscles eventually begin to loosen up more I'm confident my nerves will no longer be pinched, or at least I'll be better able to manage this chronic pain that's been interfering with my daily life for the past 2 1/2 years. He also helps with realignment issues and posture problems. I'm a full-time potter, and this type of daily work is literally back breaking. He's been completely professional, and I've experienced more pain relief in 2 months at his practice than I ever did during the year long disaster of Physical Therapy I experienced. Just read my other review. Ladies, you're safe here. Jason is trustworthy, positive, sympathetic, and an expert. He's been a game changer! Highly recommend!
