My dog was relatively happy...she does not like to have her paws touched, let alone her nails trimmed. I took her in again today, looking forward to a similar experience. NOT!!! The woman was rough. She was yanking sideways on my dog's front legs. She was visibly frustrated. She used regular nail clippers which took longer. The trim was uneven and not short enough. Because I had such a horrible second experience, I will not go back to see if they were just having an off-day.

I had bottled water literally right next to their fountain that only 1/2 gallon was used when we ere gone for 10 days? Then I tried to text Kat and nothing and then texted and called again nothing. I was in Florida and wasn't even sure anyone was taking care of them at this point. The worse part was when I called and spoke to Amanada.SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Never have I spoke to someone so rude. I wanted to know why their toys weren't put out or treats not given or the fact that there was bottled water for my cats that was never used and 2 of my Boys have problems with crystals in their urine so they can't have tap water. Thus the bottled water that was to be used. The litter boxes were just scooped and no new was put in top and there were 2 full unopened containers of litter right next to the boxes. So do yourself a favor and find someone else to care for your furry family members while you are gone out of town and not this horrible company.

As…read moreI feared, the situation was worse than I'd been led to believe and required more aggressive care. While we started trying to get things under control, the clinic was excellent about calling to check up on how my dog was doing. They were great about getting us in frequently (with and without appointments) to monitor progress. Ultimately, things had progressed too far, leaving only one real choice. Dr. Dooms spent extra time discussing the decision I had to make and letting my cry. She was even able to recommend a traveling vet that did at-home euthanasia and tried to find out their availability that day. Her kindness and empathy was such a stark contrast to my previous experience. I wish I'd come to Crossroads sooner because it would likely have made all the difference. While Crossroads may be more expensive than some clinics, you absolutely get what you pay for, and my four-legged loved ones deserve only the best.
