Normally these two components run adverse to each other. In this shocking instance, the food is not only healthy, but less expensive than the big box store food. When we were younger, we would roll our eyes at my posh cousins that would purchase very expensive meals for their pets. Cut to 2024 and we are doing the same but at a fraction of the cost! Our breeder had put our puppy on a box box brand and we have been less than impressed with the eye rolling employees at said box store. Going there was a drag and the experience was always hallow, no respect, no assistance, no one to help us and even being checked out seemed irritating at the big box store. This experience was the total opposite. My husband had already been in previously and did the research on the company. I was fine with the health aspect but expecting to be charged one arm and one leg in exchange for some boougie dog food. This healthy dog food was ten dollars LESS expensive!!! Yeah !! I joined the rewards and am looking forward to giving my puppy a good health foundation

I visited the shop with my husband the other day and the employee was getting a cockatiel out to show us, but dropped him 3-4 times in the process. The bird plopped straight down to the ground hard each time. Not even a glide. We've had our cockatiel at home now for the past day and he's doing fine other than his wings. I've been having to physically help him get up onto his perch each time as he isn't able to without any use of his wings. He's calm when we interact with him until he realizes he has no way to fly and begins panicking and crashing straight down. it's really sad to watch and completely unnecessary. Again, we love our bird and the staff seemed nice, but please, do better. Get someone who knows how to trim a birds wings! Or just don't do it at all.

I never received a call so I came back 5 hours after my appointment was scheduled (I dropped him off 10 minutes early) and he wasn't done. She left most of him too long, but forgot to switch blades and left a bald spot on his tail. Also, he wasn't thoroughly bathed and whatever was put on his coat afterwards left it greasy and attracted a ton of dirt. He had to have another bath less than a week later. All of that said, I think he was treated incredibly well while she worked on him. He was his normal happy go lucky self when I picked him up. The groomer was extremely nice and I can only assume she was just booked a bit heavy that day, resulting in a subpar groom.
