When she told me I needed to go see Dr. Hennie, I knew it was the thing to do. She told me he could take care of what was wrong with me. Dr. Hennie is extremely professional and takes his trade very seriously. He didn't just graduate from chiropractic school and cease his education. He ceaselessly studies his trade and those related to his trade. He is not a money mill. Rather, he is interested in finding what is wrong with the patient and correcting it. His goal is not just pain relief, but overall wellness and health. Anyway, I could go on. But the only way you will know is to make an appointment. Over the last 5 years, I have spent a ridiculous (bordering on criminal) amount of money with orthopedic doctors and specialists. None have been able to alleviate my pain and return me to a more normal active life. In ONE VISIT .... ONE ... yes ONE VISIT, Dr. Hennie was able to address another facet of my injury and begin a treatment regimen. The was a facet of my injury that has been totally overlooked for over 5 years. I've seen a chiropractor regularly from an early age due to low back issues, so I know all types, and this man was one of the best! He was compassionate, responsive, knowledgeable, and focused on making me well versus locking me in to a treatment plan with scheduled multiple visits. They hold Saturday hours, the office is conveniently located near Costco in Farragut, with ample parking and pleasant office staff. I would have emptied my savings account to receive some back relief, but they were even in the Blue Cross Network and covered by my plan! I experienced a horrific upper back spasm issue while traveling home on a Friday evening which was so bad that I had to ask the flight attendant to call ahead for a wheel chair because I seriously doubted I could walk through the airport. I iced, I heated, I medicated and I waited for sunlight so I could start calling around to find someone open on a Saturday to see me. Thankfully, I came across a post about Dr. Ingley's Saturday office hours, and called. The office wasn't open yet, so I left a message about my situation, and said I would be on my way. If you've ever suffered from intense back pain, you know it is difficult to even stand, so everything took longer, including my 40+ minute ride of bumps and turns which were serious torture, but I made it with 10 minutes to spare before the office would close. The office recording noted Dr. Ingleby's cell phone, and I had called while on my way to alert him that I was coming...and to please wait. He did wait! He ushered me in after asking the last patient if they minded waiting while he accessed me. We talked, and tried a few adjustment moves that didn't work due to the tight muscles. Even though his office was officially closed, he hooked me up to the electric stimulator and put a heating pad over my back for 15 minutes and tried again with no luck. I had shared that I was leaving on an important business trip the following Tuesday, and asked if I could come back on Monday. He was generous enough to allow me to come the following day, Sunday when he was technically closed to see me. Each adjustment provided a smidge of relief, along with hope and comfort that I was on the mend. I saw Dr. Ingleby those 3 consecutive days, then went on my whirlwind trip - and made it! I saw him just after my return for a tittle tune-up. He did not pressure me to book again, or even encourage it. He basically said to come back when I needed him...I surely will!
