Here, with x-rays, I was able to see the problem. I was presented with an exercise plan to help fix my back issue. With regular adjustments for two months and DAILY exercise as prescribed, there is no question I'm better now than when I started this. Personally I recommend a chiropractor like this to address a long term fix, (identify the problem) and schedule your periodic adjustment when you need it, as you need them, in parallel. If you're committed to sticking with an exercise regimen, it can pay off. It worked for me.

Dr. John was extremely gentle and answered my questions and addressed my concerns before he ever made the first adjustment. I am still learning to relax into the treatments but he is a great teacher and guide. After he put me back in alignment I was sore, but after a few days I really did feel so much better.
