Before coming, he called and suggested I test the wires, as he thought perhaps it would be an easy fix I could do myself. He talked me through it one the phone, and it worked. A quick trip to Home Depot and $10 later, and my two lights are working. He cost himself money by doing this - and saved me at least $70, if not more. So, I am giving him this review for his integrity in saving me money when he could just as easily showed up and charged me for something that was an easy fix.
